Costco as usual, great to buy stuff. But returns suck, have to wait in line for minimum of 30 mins for return at cedar park location. They need to crowd manage the return department based on the return lines.

I wish they had their aisle labeled to show which section has what goods. It’s difficult to find anything here.
It’s hard to find store associate to answer our questions. All the store associates are in the front which is a long walk. Even store associates struggle to find stuffs. Lately few employees have displayed aggressive behavior when ask a question of where the product is!

Not too crowded in the middle of a weekday. Checkout lines were short and moving. Food court was SLOW. 10 minute wait for the hot dog combo. Particularly annoying since it wasn't crowded.

These stores are always too crowded but they can’t do anything about it. They always get the lines down fast. The self checkout folks are wonderful and very kind with our child, their attention and offer to allow her to scan our stuff made her trip wonderful. The cookie didn’t hurt either.

Four human cashiers. Instead of having receipt checkers at the door, which I ignore. Put them on a register. Why are there receipt checkers? If the cashiers don't know how to do their jobs, train them. If you don't trust customers to do your job, then start doing your job.

I'm not ashamed to admit I love Costco! The one in Cedar Park is closest to me, though it's still a trip to get there from my place. I'm a wearer of hearing aids, and I recommend Ryan to help you find the right pair, then fit and adjust yours to your needs. Always pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional, he takes the time necessary to do the job right.
The store, in general, is well staffed by friendly and helpful people and kept clean and organized in spite of the crowds constantly milling through. Their buyers do a good job of stocking good quality merchandise at attractive prices. I love Costco!

This place is great! It has an impressive selection of high-quality products at cheap prices. The variety is incredible, ranging from groceries and household essentials to electronics and clothing. Some of the food's I like are the chocolate muffins and cookies, the milk, chips and more!
The in-store experience is enhanced by the clean and well-organized layout. The sample stations add a fun and delicious touch to your shopping trip, which is one of the best things about this place!
The membership benefits, including access to exclusive deals and services like the optical and pharmacy departments, are well worth the investment.
Overall, Costco Wholesale offers an exceptional shopping experience with its unbeatable price and high-quality products. Highly recommended!

Dear Mr. Dan,
How can you run a store with a cashier line starting at the back of the store(dairy room) and still keep your job!!!
All the other lines were fine… Returns line.. less than 8 people…. Hot dog line less than 4 people waiting, yet to buy a few item I need to wait 1 hours in line to pay???
Honestly !!! How can someone be that bad at his job and still not get fired?!!
