I went to CPL Lakeline today, and Nicolette at the front desk was WONDERFUL. She was so kind and helpful, it was a huge relief to be in and out quickly. I really appreciate the care I got today. thank you!

I have used this location for a year now, the last 6 months I have had horrible experiences. The ladies drawing blood are inexperienced and refused to listen when I warned them I’m hard to get blood from. Both times I had 2-3 people trying to draw my blood. Then left with large bumps and broken veins.

5 stars for the two ladies there today! They were so nice and made me feel completely comfortable even though though I was very nervous walking in. I was in and out in 20 minutes!

The people working here are always friendly but I imagine this place is where you go when you go to hell. Why...WHY does it take so long to draw people's blood? The lobby is always full of people waiting. I've sat here for 30 minutes and have only just now gotten to the desk to give them my ID and insurance card (for the 500th time). Why do you need my ID and my insurance every single time?? I'm still the same exact person I was on my DL 3 months ago. They say they'll call me back in a moment - it will probably be another 30 minutes. 1 person at the front desk, what appears to be 2 people doing the blood draws, but rarely do they surface to come get anyone to take them back for the draws. This place (ALL CPL's), their policies, their billing - it all sucks. Enjoy your blood draw. The nicest thing I can say about the place is that it's air conditioning is good.

Great experience. I am terrified of needles and was extremely shaky and nervous and my visit couldn’t have gone better. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and professional. China was the phlebotomist who drew my blood and was very kind and great at helping me to relax. Couldn’t recommend this location enough if you are looking for a place with caring professional people who are great at their jobs. ?☺️

I used this CPL location on Lakeline about 4 times in 2022 and was happy with the service and easy blood draws. I dropped in without appointment every time and had very short waits except once, when I waited 20 minutes (shorter than I expected with all the people waiting when I arrived). The draws were quick and painless (I don't look). I am reviewing now because I was checking to see if they were open and noticed the rating is lower than I expected.

Bad location. I and several others signed in and nobody even acknowledged us. I finally gave up and left. Not sure why I bothered. The last lady that drew my blood here somehow made me sore for days even though I have huge veins. She shoved a survey card in my face and wanted me to fill it out right in front of her! So obnoxious! Duval is much better.

180 degree turnaround!For years the staff was so poor at this location. It was puzzling they would have so many different people that were so bad.They appear to have solved this problem. The last two visits were the same staff and have been great. The four ladies there on 1/11/23 in the AM were just delightful.

Everyone was very professional, friendly and nice. The staff that I did see had their mask on properly. I provided the requested insurance and driver's license. I was seen within a few minutes but I had an appointment. The phlebotomist that did my medical services treated me like we was old friends. And I was and out within a few minutes. Best appointment I had in a long time.P.S. There was a gentleman that came for services trying to give the front desk professional a hard time about wearing a mask and she handle him with such positivity, patience and professionalism. I just wanted to say great job ?. We need more of this in the world today.

I just had my lab appointment with the best staff and most awesome phlebotomist extraordinaire you can imagine. This is the only spot I am hitting from now on. 5 stars!
