Fastest blood draw I’ve ever had. Walked in, signed in fast, only waited 3 mins to get my blood drawn by a super cool lady with tattoos and black glasses (wish I got her name). I was nervous but she made it so quick and easy. I was lucky enough to have a easy to find vein on my arm. 10/10 recommend sorry to those that had a bad experience!!

Perfect stick everytime! This lab and the one on Wyoming Springs are the best. Don't show up at opening it'll be packed. Show up an hour after opening and you'll go right back

!!!excellent Experience with Ben!!!
I walked in around 12 pm, close to their lunch time, and was taken in within about 5 minutes. The specialist, Ben, was absolutely amazing – I really felt appreciated!
I typically either faint or feel very weak after blood work, so I asked for a bit of patience. Ben was incredibly understanding and careful. I was able to lie down during the procedure, and I didn’t feel a thing!
Thank you, Ben — I’m beyond grateful and so inspired by people who do their work with this kind of kindness and presence. Sending much love to you, and I truly hope you get to read this! 💜🙏🏼

They could not tell me why they could not process one of my labs. Did they lose my sample? Did they throw it away by mistake after doing the other lab? I don’t know. They want me to go and have my blood drawn again. So not a good place if you value your time.

It is hard to find it within the rest of the medical hospitals complex. No directions or boards anywhere in the building for CPL. The service is pretty smooth.

I actually went in for a blood draw on Friday morning and was met by an entire lobby full of people and a two hour wait. It was partly my fault for waiting until Friday but I believe they weren't prepared for that many people.

The person who collected our bloodwork samples is very friendly, smiling and patiently explaining all our doubts regarding some tests. She is very helpful. I recommed this location for blood work samples.

Waited 30 minutes only to see one patient go back to do labs. The waiting room was full of people. No sense of urgency at all! Several people left before I finally left. What's the problem?

We've been here 60 minutes and haven't been seen yet. Only 2 people have been seen in the 60 minutes I've been waiting. I think they only have 1 employee here. The other CPL on Whitestone is much faster than this
