Horrible STAY AWAY!!!!!! There are no refunds even if the policy says you have 7 days. They target more of a undocumented or uneducated audience because their customer service is non existent. I tried to contact the manager and higher up and never got a call back. It is not a good company at all!!!!! You call the 1800 number and they don't know how to help. Cedar Park being such a great city truly declines with stores with such horrid ethics.

They lady working say nov 30th said she could not look up to see if other cricket stores carried a particular phone. Not sure if this is true or she just being unhelpful

Danny answered the phone for me twice answered my questions, literally asked if I was ok when I called the second time cause of the reason for the second call, got us the new phone switched over quickly and in our budget.

Went in to get a new phone, usually they are very helpful in getting everything transferred over so that you are good to go. Purchased phone, case and screen protector. She connected services and put case and protector on my phone but that was it and handed it to me. I’ve spent the past hour or so since I’ve been home trying to figure out how to transfer all my info from my old phone to the new phone. I’ve always had the person at the store be a little more helpful that this girl that was there today. Extremely unhelpful. Just did my purchase and she was done. I don’t understand, now I’m on with apple trying to figure this out.
