I went to the urgent care up the road and I chose my prescription to come to this CVS because it was the closest. It was late so I was told it would be ready tomorrow and to stop by anytime. I walked in and there was one tech manning the drive through and after this experience it would have been better if I had. She seemed diligent and hardworking.I was third in line and the tech working the inside was slow and apparently knew the person at the head of the line. Waiting there listening to them catch up went from taking it as a good sign that the service here was personal only for them to continue to talk and talk well after the transaction was over. The person ahead of had nowhere near that warm of an interaction and neither did I. I'm speculating but we weren't the same color and think that had something to do with it.By the time it was my turn, I was told my prescription wasn't filled yet and was told to wait until they called me. I sat in the chair and waited to be called and the tech conveniently just happened to go somewhere else. The pharmacist finally noticed me, asked if I needed help and when I told her I was waiting my medication was there waiting already.I don't know if the service there was just plan lousy or there's something more nefarious but I haven't been back to this CVS since.

I was one hold with the pharmacy, talking in the car and the pharmacy's managers was listening to us in hold....wierd, then she came on and told me because of what she heard on hold she would not be filling my prescription. why does it matter what I said on hold? CVS is not abiding by HIPPA laws

Very rude staff in person. They don't answer phones and clearly understaffed. Don't bother coming 5 minutes before their lunch break either at 1:30.

Pharmacy staff is always helpful and calm, even when they are extremely busy

The staff working the pharmacy are doing the best they can do from what I can tell, maybe overworked. The problem is that it seems routine now that one must call in to expedite prescriptions, or wait days for it to get filled. It's really bad, I don't recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Pharmacy seems inconvenienced by fulfilling prescriptions. Waited hours without the pharmacy notifying us on the status of a timely prescription for my child. We called a number of times to be told 1-hour more, 30-minutes more, etc. only to find out that the pharmacy was completely out of the needed medicine. There was never a notification or update in the hours we waited. Then, the awful process started about transferring our prescription, but they never sent our prescription to another pharmacy. It just sat there neglected. Literally the worst pharmacy experience — especially when my child needed medication.

Four days ago they told me my prescription would be ready. I come to pick up today and they tell me it's not ready. Promised me they'd have it ready in 20 minutes. Forty five minutes later I'm still waiting. Wish Walgreens could fill what I needed!

Pharmacy is the worst. Incompetent and lacking empathy. Spent 5 days trying to get them to fill a prescription for my daughter. The doctor sent it electronically and called it in multiple times but they kept saying they didn't receive it or there was an issue with refilling it even though it was a new prescription.I asked the doctor to send it to a different pharmacy and it was filled same day. Goodbye CVS. You won't be missed

Arrived 10 minutes before they closed and waited in line behind a single car in the drive through. The car ahead of us took a very long time as as they left the closed the blind on us.We went inside and explained that we had been waiting in line and they called us a liar and that they had checked. We do not recommend using this pharmacy.

Awful. Awful. Awful. Do NOT go here! This CVS should be closed down. They do not save vaccines for people with appointments. Pharmacists are super rude. Horrible management skills. Avoid this place at all costs!!

I've been coming to CVS on South Bell for several years for medications and yearly vaccinations. I have always received great service when using the drive through, at the inside counter, and on the phone. I have never had an issue with getting my prescriptions filled on time and accurately. Staff are friendly, professional, and focused on each individual customer which is surprising considering the breakneck pace of their work. Today (10/6/21), even though I had not made an appointment online, Judy was able to squeeze me in for the flu and shingles vaccinations. Her injections had ZERO pain. Thumbs up for the great service.

Perfect location for a quick in and out to pick-up the essentials with a large selection. There is plenty of workers to assist you with anything that you need, but not so much that you are stumbling over them. They are observing the distancing rules which is helpful.
