I had 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled today at 8:15 am, I asked for my prescriptions to be sent to this CVS location as it was close to me. The first time I went in after getting teeth pulled we were given an attitude by a staff member saying we don't got it. She told us to pull around which we did so she could help the two cars behind, and then told again they don't have any prescriptions. We came back a second time the same staff member looked very annoyed that we were back, and the other staff member said there still isn't a medication ready. I tried to call the pharmacy multiple times and couldn't speak to anyone. It's 4:32 pm and I still don't have my medications post-operative surgery, I am not one to type a bad review, but if you need medication filled do not come here. It was very disheartening to get treated with disrespect after getting 4 teeth pulled. If I could give zero stars I most certainly would. I will never use a CVS, or a Walgreen's pharmacy unless absolutely necessary. This place was a big waste of time. Instead of resting comfortably after surgery I had to call the doctors office and have them send it to a different pharmacy.

CVS at 1950 Bagdad Road has become really poor to deal with in the pharmacy. Prescriptions not ready, meds out of stock and they don't notify you. It's near impossible to actually get a pharmacist on the phone to actually get answers as to why RX's aren't refilling. Our insurance basically forces us to use CVS and it's disappointing that this location has gone down hill this bad. Prior to COVID it was actually a pretty good pharmacy to deal with. Find another CVS or another pharmacy altogether.

Just had surgery and needed meds. They were promised out at 11:30 but were not ready until 3:30. I will never go here again. That was really unacceptable

I love this CVS store! It's been my store for nearly 10 years & everyone is courteous & helpful. I deal mostly with the pharmacy & they are great! They have plenty of staff at all times & they are organized & efficient.

My favorite CVS in the area. Helpful, friendly but not too friendly, self checkouts are convenient. I've never had a problem with their pharmacy and usually get any vaccines there as well.

This has to be the worst pharmacy on the planet. The service is horrendous. You'll wait at the drive thru, you'll wait inside. They seemed to be very understaffed and they seems to be very unhappy. Seek an alternative pharmacy or be prepared to be treated like a bothersome annoyance.

This pharmacy staff is so rude and has horrible customer service. One time I asked a staff member about my prescription being refilled and they were 4 days behind on refills and he was so rude. Today I called about another prescription and the same man was rude and dismissive and even raised his voice when I was asking him a question. This staff is horrible.

Unfortunately there is no 0 rating. This is the worse pharmacy staff ever. I try never write negative review but this pharmacy staff was so rude and horrible to me and mom. Asked why so negative and nice one of the members said "we don't have enough staff mam" this is a new trend excuse. I can be horrible because We don't have enough staff

I scheduled a flu shot for this morning at 10:30 using their available times scheduling on their website. I picked the earliest time and arrived a little early checking in electronically as I was walking through the store. After waiting for the clerk to end a phone call, she took my info and then directed me to get in line. I couldn't see a line until I walked over two aisles. There were eight people waiting ahead of me. I went back to the clerk explaining that I had chosen the earliest time and wondering how so many people could already be in line since I had chosen the first time available. (The scheduler showing times available has times fifteen minutes apart.) The clerk said "We take twenty four appointments per hour. So what is the benefit of the scheduler ? I left . I called our health provider, Baylor, Scott & White in Cedar Park and was told to come right in, no appointment necessary. I was about to move all my prescriptions to this CVS but forget that.

Would give zero stars if I could. Pharmacy staff is absolutely terrible. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Please take your business somewhere else like Walgreens, or H‑E‑B pharmacy.

I am shocked at my experience at the CVS drive-thru. I signed up online for a PCR COVID test. My scheduled time was 4:30 and I was in line at that time. There were two cars in front of me, it took around 25 minutes for the other two cars to be serviced. Once I reached the window I told the employee that I was there for a COVID test that was scheduled at 4:30. The person was very condescending and told me that since I was 30 minutes late to my appointment, my appointment was canceled. I explained that I was on time for my appointment but I followed the directions stated when I signed up for my appointment to "wait in my car" in the drive-thru line. I asked if there was anything I could do to get tested, since I was in direct contact with someone that tested positive, the person at the window just kept calling me "buddy" and saying there was nothing that could be done. I understand that it may have been due to the system that my appointment was canceled. However, I feel like the employee could have done something to help me get tested instead of just repeating the phrase "sorry buddy there is nothing I can do." Luckily I was able to find a Curative testing site in Round Rock. If you need to get COVID testing, I recommend finding a Curative testing site or going anywhere else but here!

Absolutely ridiculous, I sat at the window waiting to be helped, was told twice on the speaker "we will be right with you". 20 minutes watching four people do other things instead of helping the customer waiting to pick up meds. Not going back, will change pharmacies tomorrow.
