We've been using this pharmacy for years.I only chose it because of proximity to my home, even still, it's 15 minutes away.My experience has been that just like any other pharmacy.Sometimes they're good.Sometimes they really suck.However, NOW they have shortened their hours! WHAT!!!Now they Open at 9am.Close at 7pm.What the heck!!Here's the deal:My family has only ONE car which is used to transport my husband to work every day.Since we live outside of any main city, with the traffic these days, he has an hour commute to work each day.He has to leave our house at 8:30am,and doesn't get off work until 7pm.After leaving work at 7, it would take him 45-60 minutes to get there to pick up prescriptions, putting him there right before 8pm, and he usually had to "race over there" to get there before 8.I'm not sure how a person "races" in heavy traffic, its just one of those things Id tather not know the details!But every month, this was the stress game he played.So yes, it was already stressful for him just to pick up the monthly rx.He was even turned down one time as he arrived at 7:55pm, and even though I was told the rx was already ready, they said they did not have time "to process" it.Whatever.WHY do we put up with this???(I'm really not sure!)But now that they have changed their hours, making picking up any RX before or after his commute is an IMPOSSIBLE task!!!CVS, you're cutting your own throat by shortening your hours!Shortening their hours is definitely the last straw for us!!(We should have left sooner!)But now, they leave us no choice but to switch pharmacies.And I DO NOT mean switch to a different CVS !We've HAD IT with CVS.It's not worth it, whatever the "it" was that brought us here more than 10 years ago.NEVER AGAIN !!Sionara CVS,Adiós,Ciao,&Later- MUCH !!!Glad to see the back of you!

If I have to check myself out, your erstwhile cashier could clean the restroom. Ew. No tp and those gross air-blower dryers?! In a pharmacy?

The pharmacy is unbelievable slow. My wife and I moved our prescriptions to a different pharmacy as this one is so slow. Multiple times both in person the wait times are very slow. They say the scripts ready yet when you go there they have not done anything.There is a reason their rating is at 2.8 stars and falling fast.

I've used CVS pharmacies for over 20 years. This particular CVS is so incredibly bad I decided to change to Walgreens. I'll never go to another CVS again

Always have to wait 30+ minutes to pick up prescriptions that are already filled and ready to go.

Once great pharmacy has now turned in to the worst run pharmacy in central Texas. 4 times in a row they have not been able to process a prescription correctly. New pharmacist is awful need Allison back!

This review is for cashier Kyle (long hair young gent) who helped me with the photo printing on July 6 this year.Very patient, he helped me, with a long transaction on CVS photo services. I went to print my newborn photos for my mother as a farewell gift as my mom moved back to Canada after taking care of my newborn son for months. I didn't have a lot of experience with photo printing and the machines there threw me off on several transactions. Fortunately Kyle was able to help me end to end. I didn't just print one. I printed a panel for wall art and an album. Kyle took almost 2 hours helping me out on this. I really appreciate it!My mother received the photos and was very very happy. I'm so glad we made it on time , thanks Kyle and CVS !

I have had my prescriptions here for a while out of necessity and proximity to my home. After multiple times of bad experiences with CVS Pharmacy Department I have no other choice but to move my needs to a much further location. The app is absolutely useless and if you attempt to call and ask about the availability ofor eta a of your prescription, you will soon find out that they NEVER start your prescription until you are there. I have literally been asked to circle the building and get back in line three times on the same visit for a prescription that I was texted to come pick up. NOTHING IS EVER READY and they generally seem absolutely lost if you ask the simplest questions. I was legitimately surprised that they had a rating of over 2 and not by much. Consistently horrible service.

DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY. UNSAFE DELAY TO DELIVERY OF MEDICATION OVER 6 DAYS AND ONLY GOT READY AFTER I COMPLAINED IN PERSON. THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. LESS THAN ONE

They never answer the phones and are always late filling prescriptions. We finally transferred our prescriptions to another location.

Got charged for something I couldn't pay for once I got home. I got the notification on my phone and I didnt even get anything I left empty handed. DONT use the self check out. Ive done the exact same thing with change and debit at other stores with no issues. I hope you enjoy my drink whoever got it for free.
