The pharmacists and tech are a joke and didn’t want to just give me a lower dosage of the same medicine because they were out of the prescribed milligram medicine. Don’t go here, terrible staff and incompetent

The pharmacists are friendly and fast. They take good care of me and make sure I am up to date on refills and vaccines. I would never go anywhere else.

As other reviewers mention, this pharmacy used to be so much better, when Allison (sp?) and another pharmacist (can't remember his name but it started with an "L") were running it. Poor communication between staff, rudeness and lack of basic human empathy seem to be a common occurrence.-Asked tech a clarifying question (it was slightly different info than what I had been told by someone else on the phone earlier in the week) and they for some reason got very defensive and started to talk over me. They then proceeded to say the name of my medication very loud several times (the medication is somewhat stigmatized, otherwise I wouldn't mind as much).-In a rude and judgmental manner, a pharmacist questioned why I was taking two medications at the same time (I had been doing so for a year, for two different conditions, and both of my doctors were fully supportive) and loudly said the full name of both medications.

This pharmacy is a disgrace. The two heroes of COVID have moved on, people who were endlessly efficient, did everything they could under the most stressful circumstances to help and assist our community. Allison and Lloyd you should be be given some type of community service award and major compensation. For whatever reasons, you have both left . I'm pretty sure both of you got a better deal somewhere else and I'm trying to find you. The new pharmacist "TJ" ripped of his mask and screamed at me because I couldn't understand him. It was Saturday morning and I had been on hold over an hour with no one answering at the store, so sick and tired I had to GO (yeah let's spread more disease!) there to even see if anyone was working. No one but this TJ was there. NO ONE but him. I have watched his "job performance". This man should have his license pulled. He should never be in charge of management. He would never greet customers and would train staff while CUSTOMERS WERE WAITING ENDLESSLY. Long lines with no seating available except one worn out chair. CVS I'm pulling my business from you forever. Target, although you generally have an excellent staff, CVS poor performance is going to hurt you. I will never go in this store again. We need heroes and not losers with no management capabilities.

The s pharmacy is always out of the medicine I need. They don't seem to care. Twice they have been out of my medicine and twice people in line are complaining that they have been out of their medicine and they had to wait an hour just in line. . This pharmacist does not care never apologies and does not even look at you.

I've come to greatly dislike this once great pharmacy. The staff is totally new with the exception of 1 Pharmacy Tech. You're never greeted with a smile and rarely a warm welcome. They call up from the line by asking you your name before you even approach the counter. Wait times has increased significantly over the past year and if your idea is to come right before they open for the day or post lunch, you're not saving time as there will be a line waiting for them to open. Phone are either ringing constantly or blasting for several minutes that someone is on the line waiting. There seems to be only 1 person at the checkout counter and no one managing that Rx drop off. I've seen people wait a ridiculously long time in this line while the check-out line continued to grow. The Tech is often the one check out people while the Pharmacist keep their head down behind the counter filling Rx. I always feel bad for the Tech as your can see the frustration. The entire pharmacy is unorganized. It is obvious that they are overwhelmed and understaffed. The customer service has gone downhill in what seems like overnight. As much of a pain that it will be, I am going to have to switch to a new pharmacy.

I miss Alison. Over the last couple of months the service has really declined. Lines are longer (I've had to wait in line before, but there was efficiency- not noticed now) I was hoping it was my timing but her photo is now gone as is the others, leading me to make this post. I miss people knowing me, helping with all questions. It's not for lack of people a I'm used to only seeing 2 people working on average. Truly heart breaking to see this CVS following the trend of becoming just like the others.

What is doing on here ? They used to be quick and reliable. Extremely slow. I have to come in person so they begin filling my order. ?

This pharmacy has really gone down. I used to love it. Used to be very friendly, helpful, and efficient staff. Previous pharmacists helped me with different situations with medical advice for me to bring my doctor, saving money on prescriptions, etc. in the last several months, I’ve had issues with the prescriptions and the charges. I understand wait time is variable, but lately I have to wait quite a while before they even acknowledge I’m even there, much less come over and offer to help, even when I’m the only one in line. For me personally, staff is at all not friendly or helpful. I’ve used this cvs location for almost a decade. I’m moving all my prescriptions elsewhere.

Waited in line for over 25 minutes before I was helped. There were only two people in front of me. I had an appointment for a flu shot and then waited an additional 25 minutes before I got my shot. 50 total minutes just waiting. I watched them serve a grand total of 3 other people after my check in and watched them turn 2 out of the 3 away because they didn't have their scripts in stock. Obviously won't be using this pharmacy again.

I loved Allison as the pharmacist, but the two new men are terrible. They are not friendly nor are they helpful. They are very irritable, and at times completely ignore the customers waiting. This was two days in a row because I had to go back to get my prescription which said it was filled, and it wasn't. Not happy. I'm going somewhere else for my prescriptions.

So after forcing us to wait 45 minutes in a line for a flu vaccine. We get told that our insurance doesn't cover a flu vaccine at a pharmacy. What sense does that make? A shot is a shot is a shot. The pharmacist is an idiot because when we left we called our insurance and was told of closures it is covered at a pharmacist. This place is a total joke, pathetic waste of time. Idiots.

Absolutely horrible service- made an appointment for flu shot still had to wait 40 plus minutes. Injector took off abruptly without a word with people he knew despite having a line of 5 people. When I tried to say something to the other pharmacist/pharm tech I was pretty much ignored and he walked off while I was still talking to him. Schedule it elsewhere.

I have loved Allison here at CVS. I had to pick up a script today and she and the other pharmacist have left! I have no idea why and told the new guys, they have big shoes to fill. I thought Allison had a photographic memory because she called out my name as soon as I walked up.

The best. They have very kind and helpful staff. I was prescribed a very expensive drug for H polyri, which is just a combination of three common drugs. The combination cost $300 even after the coupon. They helped me ask my doctor to change the prescription to break it up. In the end, it only costs $15. I can say thanks enough for them. Otherwise I won't be able to afford the medicine.
