I just want to give a shout out to the manager Anthony and his team at Dicks in Cedar Park. My daughter had her softball stuff stolen out of my car. It was everything and we were devastated. We went to Dicks to purchase new gear and an associate there was helping us pick out items. Anthony the manager was told our story by this associate. Not only were they super helpful but Anthony gave us a discount on all our items we purchased that night. We are so grateful for their generosity and turning our bad situation into a great experience. Thank you to everyone that helped us that night at Dicks! We are forever a fan!

It was great I was there before they opened, and they were very punctual in opening got in got out cashier was very amazing helpful she was the only cashier since it was barely opening I imagine. Great customer service.

Well, they have a return policy, but if you buy a certain Jordan shoe, they can arbitrarily decide not to take it back even if it’s in immaculate condition and within the return period.
They don’t follow their own return policy and when they sell you these special shoes, they don’t tell you there are no returns for these “special circumstance shoes”, Sounds fair!

Alex, Mike, and Kendrick in the shoe department are all amazing! We literally spent two hours trying to find the best walking shoe for an upcoming vacation, and they could not have been more patient and kind. Kudos to whomever trained these guys. Their customer service skills far exceed those of many people you encounter these days. The most impressive thing is they are all very young men, some not even out of high school. It is so refreshing to see this level of courtesy and respect. This is a shout-out to their parents, too!

Cam in the baseball/ batting department is so wonderful! My son needed a new bat and Cam took the time, never rushed us, and was very knowledgeable. Very appreciative of his help today!

Golf department here is a joke. I have called and gone in person multiple times to talk with someone about getting fitted for clubs $2,000+ and have not gotten any help. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Going somewhere else. I suggest you do the same.

I take my son's and my bicycle in for tune ups, preventive maintenance, etc.. to the service center and they always do a great job.

Had a great experience at the Cedar Park location getting an ebike. Service was 5 stars from my salesman to the cashier to the bike tech who made sure I fully understood all of the features before I left.

Ordered shoes from their "in store kiosk" and was told the coupon I had could only be used if I ordered from the kiosk and the item was already in store. Didn't make sense, but my shoe size is out of stock most places I have looked, so ordered them anyway without a coupon. Did that on May 24th. Have been checking the tracking, and while it says est delivery May 27th, it shows they are barely making the label. Decided to cancel the order and just go elsewhere. Turns out, you can only cancel within 30 minutes after placing the order, or once the item arrives. Ridiculous. Now I know where the name comes from.

I Work in the retail business. And I have never had worst customer service in my whole entire life. I was left standing for about 40 minutes by myself. While the employees helped o the customers no worries. I.
Will never shop there again.
And I will let my friends know.The customer service in the shoe department is very bad

A very comprehensive sports store, I found what I was looking for (a ping pong racket).
It is very spacious with lots of choice, it's a success.
