The people in customer service are so rude. I was “attended” by Martha who got very upset because I wanted to return some items and she even refused to accept one without any reason. And then she left without saying anything and without giving me my receipt

Really like to shop Dillard's Men's Department. Store is staffed with trained individuals that can help get the right fit.

I bought an HSM suit in the in the men's department. The salesmen at the Dillards in Lakeline Mall did everything they could to avoid sending it out for alterations. They even tried to convince me that the suit fits fine and didn't need alterations. I eventually took the suit to the Dillards in Barton Creek Mall. The salesmen there are much better. The manager, Lawrence, was great and volunteerily pointed out all the alterations needed. Long story short: avoid buying suits at Lakeline Mall Dillards. Go to Barton Creek Mall instead.

No sales people in furniture department we were there for 30 minutes and no one anywhere to help.
No one in bedding, dishes dept either.
We were there to buy bedroom furniture and a Temperpedic queen mattress.

Would leave zero stars if possible. Loretta and Loretta’s supervisor horrible employees. Changing policy after YEARS is ridiculous and unrealistic. Will never come back to this James Avery location again.

I absolutely miss going to Dillard's for Clinique bonus time. Lady was amazing and helped me find my color match. We looked for heels. Great store. Nice and organized and clean.
