I've been here multiple times and everyone is always very professional, friendly, and prompt. It's very easy to schedule an appointment online and they always explain things in a clear way and are transparent about the wait times if it's longer than expected. There was a mix-up with one of my appointments and Gilbert was very courteous and helpful about getting my squeezed in quickly.
Overall I highly recommend this location!

Angelo was super knowledgeable and helpful. He got us taken care of fairly quickly! Then, in my opinion, the guys in the bay went above and beyond by putting my spare tire back in its proper housing. I had a box and some other loose things back there, and they could have easily just stuck the donut in the trunk but they didn't! We'll definitely be back when it's time to replace the other two tires.

Discount Tire is always great!! Make an appointment ahead of time to make sure they have the tires you want and they get you in and out in no time.

I went to this place three days ago with my car because both of my rear tires were flat. The salesman I dealt with — I think his name was Louis — was extremely rude. He kept trying to sell me two new front tires, even though mine were still in decent condition.
He told me my front tires were “completely useless,” and said that if I didn’t agree to replace them, he wouldn’t even patch the rear ones. His exact words were something like, “I don’t work on cars like this unless the front tires are replaced.”
Like… WHO DOES HE THINK HE IS??? I had gotten both of my rear tires from this same place, but a nail had punctured one, so I just came in to get it patched — simple as that.
Long story short: after this experience, I’m never going back there again ever.

I brought my car in at noon and was told they did not have my tire in stock but it was available at a shop 4 miles away and they would have it possibly later today but for sure the next morning. Fast forward to the next morning and upon calling to inquire the shop had not requested the tire be sent over the previous day but it was on its way as of that morning. A call later in the day confirmed that my vehicle was next in line and should be ready by about 2:30PM. I get a ride to the place and when I get there I am told they do not have my tire in stock still and it won’t arrive today.
Please pick this location if you want to be lied to and have your time wasted. The road hazard protection claims are placed on the lowest priority based on my experience.
At this point it is just not worth doing business with discount tire. I will gladly pay slightly more to a company with better service.

Always have A+ experiences when I bring my car here. They are super fast and friendly, and definitely know their stuff. My family now uses this Discount Tire as our main go-to for our new tire needs. Jose and Leo are super helpful as well!

There was a lot of confusion with my arrival time. I received 4 text messages, each one alternating between 8:15 and 9:15. Also, I never received a call stating that my vehicle was ready. I had to call them to find out it was ready to be picked up. I should add that I have used this business many times and have never had problems before.

I've been buying my tires from Discount Tire for many years and have been happy with their service. This time not as happy. I got there with a screw in my tire and it was leaking, ended up waiting over two hours to have it repaired because internet appointments kept going before me, even though I was there. Evidently walk in traffic does not take priority over internet appointments.

I've always had a good experience here at Discount Tire of Cedar Park. I've even gone to other DT locations but nothing compares to the Cedar Park location. We have taken multiple vehicles here for I believe 20+ years. Best of the best IMO! TY everyone high fives all around

Daniel was absolutely wonderful!!! He saw that we were in a bit of stressful situation, he took time to personally take care of me and my son so I could get him to work on time.
