It's so frustrating that the largest size of women's shoe they carry in store is 11, and it's not for every brand. Having to shop online and pick up in store to try them on and see if they fit is so frustrating. Nordstrom rack right next door has some 11.5 and 12. But why is it so hard to find 11.5 for women??

The WORST customer service at this location. I had a $20 promotional voucher to use and when I needed to return the shoes the next day, they REFUSED to give it back to me! They accepted it as legal tender when I bought them but wouldn’t return it back to me the very next day when I needed to exchange. Cool policy. Y’all should connect with kohls to find out how kohls cash works. ??

Why do you need my phone number so desperately? Are sales so bad you have to sell customer data too? You already had to settle with the FTC for failing to protect customer data once. I said no 6 times.
Decent selection, OK prices but wow. Lay off the personal data. You sell shoes.
