They delivered my order fine. My complaint with the store and company is that it should be easier to edit orders. I made a mistake and my card said the same thing on both my flowers and edible arrangement. I noticed it right away and tried the app and calling the store. I left a voicemail and no one got back to me.
Otherwise my grandmother and great grandmother seemed happy.

I recently ordered from Edible Arrangements and was extremely impressed! The fruit was fresh, juicy, and perfectly arranged—both visually stunning and delicious. It made the perfect gift and really brightened someone’s day. Delivery was right on time, and the packaging ensured everything arrived in perfect condition. I’ll definitely be ordering again for future.

Great experience with how the fruit bouquet was set up. Arrangement came out larger than expected as illustrated on the website. It was only one size ths5 looked to be small / medium. The support was pleasant, and the manager at the location was very kind.

I'm going to guess things have changed at this location based on all of the bad reviews posted previously. We purchased an arrangement for my sister for her birthday. We called the store first because the online ordering didn't confirm the order went through. I spoke to a very nice lady on the phone who confirmed it and asked if it could be later in the day because they were busy. Normally I wouldn't care but I explained even though it is a birthday bouquet that my sister is going through a lot medically and wasn't sure she could make it through the day at her work where it was being delivered. She did have to go home so I called the store again and asked if I could change it to her home address. They kindly obliged. The original bouquet ended up being dropped off at her work but I found out later a lady delivered another one to her house this evening in the pouring rain! I imagine it was the same person I spoke to and I am so pleased she made my sister and her kids day! I wish I would have got the person's name as I am so thankful to her!

Worse store ever! Placed an order 28 days before Valentine’s Day and never showed up. Cant get anyone on the phone… don’t use this store.

Said they don't do quick bites any more. Guy was on his cell phone the whole time. Kept ignoring us. K thought it was really weird that they didn't sell anything in store since I've been to two other edible arrangements and they had the quick bites. We even waited in the lobby for a while before he even noticed us because his face was on his phone. Honestly super upset. I was exited to get some quick and small as a gift for my mother. I'll just take my money to heb instead and get more for the price.

I ordered a dessert bar platter from Edible Arrangements for our anniversary. Upon receipt, the platter initially looked good, but since it was packed in a bag, I couldn’t inspect it thoroughly at the time. When I presented it to my fiancé, he noticed that much of the fruit wasn’t fresh. Many of the grapes were spoiled, and the overall quality of the fruit was disappointing for the price ($99).
When I reached out to the store, they were closed, so I left a message. Unfortunately, they didn’t return my call the next day, so I had to follow up myself. When I finally spoke with someone, the representative was dismissive and argumentative, claiming they had made the platter fresh and insisting there was nothing wrong with the fruit. Instead of addressing my concerns, the conversation felt like a debate about the quality of the product, which only added to my frustration.
While $99 isn’t a huge amount in hindsight, I expected better customer service and a higher standard of freshness for the price. This experience was disappointing and not reflective of the quality or service I anticipated from Edible Arrangements. I hope they take customer feedback more seriously in the future.

Placed an order Thursday. 4 days later still no delivery. Called the store with no return communication. Also contacted customer service via the website and no one has reached out in 48 hours. I would never purchase from this location again. Very poor customer service. Will definitely use a different service such as fruit bouquets in the future.

I am extremely unhappy with my service here. I purchased a birthday package to be sent to my sister for her birthday. I requested that it be sent on Sunday. Not only did I never receive a confirmation email (which was entered in the website correctly), but they delivered it a day early, today, on Saturday. I had her keep her day open Sunday so she could receive this product as a surprise. It was lucky that she happened to be in between errands today and luckily was home to accept it.I would not have bothered to order at all if I had known that this company ignores delivery requests and just delivers whenever theywant. It was lucky that she was able to receive it, but it would have been wonderful if she could have received it on her actual birthday as I had planned and not a day early.Again, I never even received an order confirmation email. But I know the email was correct because I had luckily taken screenshots of the “thanks for your order” screen and could visually see I had entered in the right way, and I also received an email when the package was delivered.I really don’t think I will be ordering from this company again or this location. So disappointing.
