After having our trailer wrapped and ordering hats, T-shirts signs and magnetic business cards and spending thousands of dollars we are still waiting for our order to be complete. It’s been over three months and the T-shirts were wrong only printed on one side and not both as we requested the business hats were spelled wrong and the business cards did not have the QR code that we asked for after waiting months, we have contacted Zhera multiple times through email and phone calls and she has still not resolved our issue. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I am very disappointed in their professionalism, lack of interest in taking care of the customer and quality control.

Placed an order for screen printed t-shirts for our business. These were highly anticipated by our customers. The initial pick-up in March was delayed until the day before our first big in-person event. The entire batch, except for a small handful of shirts, was unsellable. Finally got the replacement batch and found that 1/3 of them have the exact same problem as before! Quality control is very much lacking. Will definitely stick with our screen printer downtown from now on.We also bought a very expensive sign which is beautiful but is now falling apart even though we handle and store it with kid gloves.

I have used them on a few projects and everytime there has been an issue with them missing fine details in centering embroidery or capitalization issues in texts. I keep giving them a chance; but they completely messed up my last embroidery job by choosing wrong thread colors. I told them they had to redo them and they agreed to. Came back to pick up the job next day and after sitting and waiting for an hour, 1 of the blankets came back with a tear and they completely ruined it! I would have expected them to at least fess up and tell me the condition of it before handing it to me but they acted like everything was good. Tried to blame me for everything! I was so shocked with how they handled themselves. Zira tried to offer me store credit but I declined because I am never setting foot in that shop again! Like some other reviews say, they lack good customer service, professionalism and attention to detail. Worst service I have ever received in my entire life!

This place is the best. Top quality work and quick delivery! The sign in the picture is a heavy duty aluminum real estate sign for my real estate business. The thing is nearly indestructible.

I scheduled a consultation and when I showed up, no record of it existed. I gave the another shot anyway and went back and forth in email to get a concept for my vehicle wrap. They were nice but then I never heard from them again. It was disappointing as I try to support local business, but it's probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Hopefully they step up and I was a rare case. I took my business somewhere else.

Be aware, a $600/Hr charge for an installation which could have been done with a 10 or 12ft ladder but they used forklift instead to rip us off!!!

This was probably one of the worst customer service (or lack there)of I’ve ever had. We dropped of 27 shirts to put a small logo on the top corner. Well when we finally able to pick them up, I was told by the owner they could not do one of the shirts being it was Velour, no problem I understand that. Well we get back to the office and the velour sweater was done and at the it was Crooked along with 10 other shirts and one tank top completely not even done. You can literally take a ruler or lever and see how uneven it is. And on sweater had the label so far to the left it was in the armpit of the shirt when you put it on. Being in the service industry I know things happen. So I took them back to see what can be done. I patiently waited 2.5 weeks. Calling and waiting my time going up there for nothing. The “office manger” tried to listens bf help but said she is not allowed to give refunds or fix. That has to be the owner, Vira. So I call the owner multiple times, left messages, went up there three times and she is never there or won’t speak to me not sure which. I’m honestly just in awe in the lack of communication and service of this place. We were more than pantient and nothing. I finally got fed up and got the 11 shirts back from the office manager and ate the cost. Had to buy my employees all new shirts and then go else where to get done. I will be spreading the word of my experience.

Got some business cards made a little back & for one the quality wasn't good what so ever. Very disappointed. I simply wanted just an exact copy of my business card & I got the knock off version which weren't even laminated.. From the color to the change in fonts & all.. To make matters worse they misspelled my Instagram handle & I only really noticed a week or two ago... Keep in mind I've probably handed out hundreds of these cards already & I bought 1.5K... Even if they wanted to replace them I wouldn't take them because of the quality alone. Lastly they didn't even reach out to me letting me know they were finished, it took me calling to check on them for them to finally tell me they've had them there for some time. I will not be going here for my business anymore. I suggest going to Minuteman Press off Whitestone! They made an exact copy of my card & the quality is just as good as my original.
