I’ve been going to Elder Mitsubishi for years and consistently have great experiences. I worked with Billy McGee over the course of two days, and he truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect vehicle upgrade for me and my family. He took the time to ensure I received the best possible deal. He was patient and not pushy, which I’ve had bad experiences when in the past. He really cared made sure I had the RIGHT vehicle. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle, I highly recommend Elder Mitsubishi—be sure to ask for Billy!

Based off your commercial alone, I spoke with an attorney and what is stated is not right at all. If you have other options that should be stated in the commercial. And it sure wasn't brought up when I came in to get a vehicle. Contact and attorney and they will tell you this themselves. You will be hearing from an attorney soon. Like I stated that was bait and switch, misleading tactics to get people to come. The commercial was made to lure people in and that they guaranteed to get a vehicle. Have you even listened to what is stated?! If it would have said at the end, there isn't a guarantee to get approved or something to that fact then I wouldn't of even came. That isn't right at all!

If you need to get a car, PLEASE come to this Elder location, and ask for Baron Sherrill jr. He was AMAZING! He was patient, very polite, friendly, and most importantly honest throughout the entire process. I’ve made sure to get his card so the next time I need to purchase a car, I’m coming to him! I bought my car about four months ago from the dealership. A little wrench came up on my dashboard about two weeks ago. I called the service department immediately and the guy who answered the phone said it was engine issues so I scheduled a next day appointment. After I brought my car in, I was then told it was just an indicator that the oil needed changing. I proceeded due to convenience.
An inspection was conducted and the service center identified a number of maintenance issues valued at $1000 because my car was over 30,000 miles. Note, my car was over 34,000 miles when I bought it so why didn't they service it prior to my purchase? What bothered me most was being told my air filter was dirty and clogged—even though I had personally replaced it the previous week. This made me question the accuracy and reliability of their inspection. Based on this experience, I no longer feel confident trusting this service department with my vehicle.
I would suggest considering other options for maintenance. It’s unfortunate, because I had been planning to purchase another car here for my teenager, but after this experience I don’t feel comfortable giving my business to this dealership.

Today I decided to take a trip down to Elder Mitsubishi in Cedar Park to see if the radio ads were true. As advertised I was able to drive off the lot same day with no issues! Thanks to my guy Baron Jr, who made my process very simple and easy! He didn’t give me the run around, play games or gimmicks; it was business from start to finish! Highly recommend Elder Mitsubishi in Cedar Park and if you go ask for Baron Jr and you won’t regret it!
