I have purchased more than 20 cars in my time... I can say Elder was the easiest and offered the most pressure free process I've ever had. My rep Baron was excellent, very informed and worked for us to make this deal work, what a guy!.. and Our Delivery coordinator James was super and really made us feel like we made the best decision to shop Elder.Fast service, great selection and did I mention there's free cookies while you wait?We love our new Outlander, and will be back when we need another ride.Ps, bonus points for the sales room being vape friendly.Thanks to the Elder Crew!

I absolutely love this place! I was dreading having to shop a new car but Chris and Dustin made it so easy! I ended up walking out with a brand new car , and my grandma is looking to trade her car in from a Honda to a Mitsubishi. I will definitely be coming back!! Everyone here is so nice and really just wants you to walk out with the best deal

Jeremiah Ward is a vantastic sales associate. The customer service we received was awesome! They really pulled out all the stops to get us into the car we wanted. I will definitely buy from Elder Mitsubishi again. 5 stars in not enough I would give Jeremiah a 10. I recommend them to everyone!

Recently bought Outlander from Elder Mitsubishi - Thanks to Baron (Sales Rep). First of all, the car is amazing and beats other cars out there in the market in the same price range.My experience with the dealership was fantastic and I would highly recommend working with Baron. He is friendly, helpful and shows great interest in what you’re looking for. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, whether in person or on phone, and even after owning the car. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Elder Mitsubishi, and I must say that my experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived Steve Trevino had the best attitude, very communicative of the whole car buying process with Elder and really listened to everything we needed and looking for. Never interrupted us being two women walking into a dealership; it was my mom and I that went In to “look”, see what options they could give me for my trade in or see because of my credit and situation. I had been to a couple other places with no help whatsoever. Such a breath of fresh air indeed. Steve delivered my best option he had on the lot and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.In addition to Steve, I also worked with Josh, who helped me find the best financing option that fit. He was very thorough in explaining all of the financing options and what he could do to help.Overall, my experience at this car dealership was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle. All the staff I had the pleasure of working with were friendly and helpful, and I felt that they genuinely cared about my satisfaction. I will also add since the buying process took so long and ran so late. Steve offered to have my new to me vehicle detailed one more time and he delivered it right to me so I didn’t have to worry about getting back to the dealership in another vehicle the next day. Our salesperson was great. Very accommodating, showed us multiple vehicles did everything right. The gentleman who set up everything at the end to get us connected to my husband's phone and showed him features of the vehicle was outstanding. The finance lady was great. The sales manager needs a little coaching on his sales techniques. Don't tell me you are going to go "fight for me" with the banks to get what I told you we had to have in the first place, leave, and come back in less than 5 minutes with an okay. We saw right through that. Still, overall, this dealership is outstanding. It's why we keep coming back. It's why we recommended you to someone on our way to get this vehicle.

My name is Andrew M. Vasquez. Last week I took my 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage into the service center to get the oil changed and the tires rotated. The service technicians failed to properly secure the front left tire and while driving on the highway on the way to work the tire came off. I was almost killed as a result of this, and I am only here because of divine intervention.I called the service manager that morning to demand a loaner vehicle while my car was being towed to a mechanic via my insurance company. I explained the situation to the service manager and he gave a loud shout of profanity indicating to me that he has heard this before and not something out of the ordinary for his staff.I got access to the loaner vehicle and I filled out the necessary follow up documentation via email but so far no one from Elder Mitsubishi has called me back to address this issue. I am out a vehicle due to the extreme level of incompetence of the people here and management doesn't even have the decency to call me to investigate the issue or talk about how they are going to make the issue right. The service Manager even had the audacity to demand that I bring the loaner back in 6 days. No.If you value your life and your safety, I recommend taking your business elsewhere. These people are lucky that no one was killed. There is tremendous legal liability here.If anyone from Elder Mitsubishi would like to return my calls or emails to address this issue, please feel free to check your records as you have my contact information. I requested that the service manager setup a meeting with me and the people in charge but to no avail.

Their all lies we take the time to go out to cedar park from austin with the promise of my friend getting into a car & a gift card & also for me takin him I'd get a gift card as well. The deal they told him about getting him into a car were lies just around & around not getting no wheres they look at us like we know their job & they leave out details but wonder why we seem so lost but they're not up from with details they can really make a person feel stupid I'd never go back or recommend them to anyone on top of it all we only got one gift card called dine.restaurant.com & it's not even a deal we still gotta put $ in & drive 20-25 miles but even at that theirs nothing close or worth drive or money I wouldn't recommend that app either. Elders Mitsubishi workers were snooty rude & seem to have attitudes about us not going with what they wanted us to go for. we as customers were treated unfairly & like a laughing stock especially with this under the papers in their drawer gift card that at 1st tried saying they didn't have any. We left elder Mitsubishi feeling worse about car hunting then what we were already feeling about getting out their with the run around car hunting can already be they just ruined everything about our next chapter our big deal in life. Everything about them was piss poor dont waist the time or energy with lies

[This review pertains solely to their Service Department]Their shop 100% failed to place my car back in working order. Had to consequently have it fail from under me in traffic in the next town over; have it towed to another repair shop who then told me, 'The tech has figured out the issue and there seems to be oil covering and fouling the plugs and coils --thus in need of replacement, and the gaskets associated with it. He also found one injector to not be delivering fuel and that is in need of replacement as well. In total it would need; 4 spark plugs, 4 coil packs, the valve cover gasket which includes the tube seals, and the one injector.' The shop then told me, '...the injector could've been overlooked but when pulling plugs it's pretty obvious.' New slogan: 'Elder Mitsubishi Service Department... missing the obvious since 2003™'

Horrible customer service and bad service all around. After spending $4600 they did not repair the car correctly and it failed the state inspection. I immediately called and the phone was answered by a person who do know how to answer a business phone. They could have cared less about the situation gave me an appointment a week out. The service from the repair itself was a nigt mare also. They were difficult to deal with and acted like they had never worked with an insurance company before.I would not recommend them ever.

Worse dealership ever I regret buying my car there. I recommend no one to ever go here and purchase a car. I will be coming here everyday and give the worse review so everyone will know to never buy a vehicle there!

I'm so happy I came in today! Amber was so nice and informative!! I'm looking for a new car checking all the dealerships and I've had a exhausting day and was quite irritated by lack of help from other dealerships today but my experience with Amber made me want to go back for more!! This place is a joke. They offer you these off the wall prices down, promise you to drive off the lot today for as low as 0 down with a reasonable amount a month. Nope sorry that's not the case at all. How about 3500 down with 639 plus full coverage at 339 a month. Almost a thousand dollars for a mirage compact little bitty care. I'm disappointed in the car sales today. Blew me out of my chair.

Darius was perfect and I made my wife's dream come true with a surprise vehicle. Darius and the sales team heard our story and made dreams come true.Our story:My wife's dream car was the 2022 Outlander. Last July I, along with Elder, made her dream come true with a white on white SEL. Not even 7 payments into her driving this vehicle and someone hits her totaling the car. The person who hit her was great. They admitted to at-fault. Their insurance's claims department (USAA) SUCKED AND WAS TERRIBLE!!! It wasn't until FIVE MONTHS later before this was resolved. I came in on Friday to surprise my wife with her dream vehicle again and Darius really hooked me up. I was in and out in no time and Elder proved yet again that they are the dealer for the people.Thank you, Darius, for being great.Thank you, Elder, for giving us the opportunity.
