I had reserved a vehicle At the Cedar Park location and when I got there, they had gave the vehicle to somebody else and I asked about when I can get another vehicle pretty much tell me they don’t know said maybe at 5 o’clock when they close and kind of laughed about it.So now I’m just waiting for them to call me back which I doubt they will. I’ll probably be fired because I really needed this ride to work and I’m expecting them to have a car ready for me and they dropped the ball off.

My insurance company set up a car rental so I contacted Enterprise to meet me at the auto shop so I could drop off my car and get the rental car. I confirmed with Enterprise again the next morning before I went to the auto shop. Nobody from Enterprise showed up and I waited over 30 minutes from agreed upon time. As a result, I had to reschedule. What I wasn't told on either of my phone calls with Enterprise is the auto shop was supposed to contact them when I got there to let them know I had arrived. That would have been important information for me to know. They did a good job of dropping the rental car off at my home the next day. The gentleman who dropped it off was very professional and polite. However, the washer fluid is low and the remote battery is almost dead. The allotted time for a car rental on my insurance policy expired because the auto shop was having a difficult time getting parts. Therefore, I'm now paying out of pocket for my rental car . I had a phone call from someone at Enterprise last week @ Wednesday asking for payment toward my balance. I made a small payment and was told they would call me on Friday for another payment since I would be getting a check that day. Nobody contacted me on Friday but I noticed today (Wednesday) that $400 had been charged to my bank account by Enterprise using my debit card without my authorization. When I spoke to the Manager at the South Bell Blvd location in Cedar Park, TX, I was told the contract states Enterprise needs a card for charges. I asked why I wasn't told that last week when I made my initial payment. She said she tried calling me multiple times but when I checked my call log there was only one call made to me on Monday and I had no voicemails. My voicemail specifically asks callers to text me and I will call right back. The Manager told me she is not paid to use her cell phone for work and can't text from the office phone. Way to go the extra mile for customer retention and set an example for your team (that's sarcasm)! Not happy! I won't be using Enterprise and will relay my experience to my insurance company.

It is impossible to get a hold of someone on the phone. After multiple attempts calling and long waits of over 15 minutes each call I was finally able to speak to someone after many many attempts. This is unbelievable!I scheduled the pick-up service online for 8:30am and no one ever showed up. When I called them (again after hours of being on hold) and finally got to someone, I was told their online schedule system doesn't work and that you have to call them to confirm (even though I received an email confirmation and all).And then they told me they had no vehicles for rental other than large SUVs. (Of course because they want to charge extra for those)My insurance made a reservation weeks ago and I still haven't been able to get a rental vehicle. Then please tell me what are the reservations good for if you have no vehicles to rent.Terrible terrible terrible customer service. I ended up going and renting a car with Hertz. Much better service, they answered the phone right away and told me they had any vehicle I needed available and ready for pick-up. Don't waste your valuable time with Enterprise, they suck.

After fighting off the sales person from upselling me for a rental to hold me over while my truck was in the shop. I was sat in the lobby in hopes I would breakdown and rent thier premium suv at the max daily rate. Fortunately for me I didn't have a ride home. With the buildings lights turned off and closing having already happened I guess my sales person gave up and finally had a Toyota Prius brought over for me to inspect in the dark.I added the car to my TxTag Toll Account after speaking with the sales person about my toll usage. I get free toll road access as a disabled military veteran.Unfortunately I was hit with the toll bill anyway $147.70 straight from my credit card. Even though I left the car on my toll account for several days after returning it.I was left on hold for more than 10 minutes. I guess the sales guy is gonna get his commission anyway from toll collection.I'm sure when TxTag sends me the toll bill in the mail for the plates they will understand that Enterprise has already charged me.I wish I used Hertz or an Uber for 2 weeks. It would've been cheaper and easier.

I cant believe this location has 3 stars only.They gave an absolute 6 star service both in vehicle pickup and drop off too. They were also celebrating an employees birthday which was also nice of them i thought. Very delighted to have done my rental here. Keep up

I came into this Enterprise at 1904 N Bell in Cedar Park after trying with another one I’d been assigned to that was seriously lacking in CS. I was immediately welcomed, made to feel important and they worked with me to get a rental after the hail storm. What I appreciated most was their communication even though there weren’t any cars that day. They even told me it might be more convenient and better location wise, to go to a different location for my 2nd claim but why would I? In the future I’ll come back to this location, their cars are cleaner and overall better than the other locations!

Absolutely terrible experience.I will never use them again due to their incompetence and dishonesty.They messed up my paperwork in their system and called me about a week after I had taken possession of the rental to ask and see if I still had it because whoever did my intake, messed something up on their end.I gave the supervisor the ID information on the keys and he said he fixed it. However, after returning the vehicle to service kimgs(where they told me to leave it) I get a call 2 days later blaming me for hail damage.I noted all damage prior to taking the vehicle. The vehicle was never in a hail storm while I had it. I tried explaining this to the rep and he just flipped my words around to make it sound like there was never any damage on the vehicle.I asked to speak to a supervisor and he left me on hold for 20 min till I hung up and called USAA to report them.Do not use them.10/17/2023 UPDATE:About 3 hours after posting this review, the representative that called me and left me on hold contacted me to inform me my deposit was being refunded and the rental closed out.I'm still waiting on the claims processing company to respond to my dispute. I haven't gotten anything in writing yet or an agreement via email about closing out my rental agreement though.

Unfortunately, it was by far the Worst experience I ever had with a car rental agency. In past years, I often arranged my rentals at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.This time was different. The lack of profisionality manifested by some of the staff was extremely repulsive...I will never go back there again.

Called to set up a rental at the 1904 N. Bell location for the time it takes for my truck to be repaired. I was told last Thursday the 12th of Oct that there was nothing available until the following Tuesday, Oct 18th, so I made a reservation and was told to come a 2 p.m. with proof of insurance and my TDL. The repair shop guy Ubered there to meet me and I showed up a few minutes early to be told they had no vehicles available and that I didn't even have a reservation. The manager said that they called me several times. but there was no answer. I wasn't happy with that and I expressed my disappointment in a completely appropriate manner but was essentially dismissed by the manager with no offer of appeasement of any kind. I stated that I understood why they were rated at two stars, which she questioned (please look it up yourself) and she accused me of yelling, which was untrue, as well as the claims that I was called several times. No proof of any calls on my phone and I answer even those numbers I don't know.

Great customer service (day 1 Colton; day 2 Ived)! I showed up l (last minute due to car repairs) without reservations and luckily Colton found a vehicle to loan me as the rest were reserved. It was quick and easy! Ived let us know that the payment could be made by anyone however credit card must initially be held by the driver (as a security deposit form but charge wouldn’t go through until we return the vehicle). Desiree, Colton, and Julius have all provided exceptional customer service. They were very patient with me, and with my husband who called after I called the office twice.The reason for the 4 stars is that the first car that I picked up was not clean inside.

I have past experience with Enterprise, and they have done a great job every time. The car was a good temporary replacement and looked very good (there were minor defects from renter damage). I would recommend Enterprise.

Desiree, Colton, and Julius have all provided exceptional customer service. They were very patient with me, and with my husband who called after I called the office twice. I took a star off because the first car they gave me was somewhat dirty inside. I did arrive with no reservation, so I was lucky to even get a minivan.

I rented a car due to a vehicle accident, and the payment was made by the insurance company. I also paid for the car insurance out of my pocket. They deducted money from my debit card multiple times, and after the rental ended, I requested the invoice via email, but they still haven't sent it. When the car wouldn't start in the middle, I called the rental location, but the call didn't go through. Eventually, I reserved a replacement vehicle at a different location, but they sent me back to the original rental location from the new one. I had a lot of trouble that day with my kids on the road.
