We recently had an unplanned renovation and I first went to the box stores but felt so overwhelmed. I knew this was going to be a big investment and one that we were not going to do often so I wanted to make the right choice.
I was so pleasantly surprised at the service and explanation I received at Fantastic Flooring. They took the time to explain the difference between LVP and Laminate flooring to help us with our decision. When it came down to making the final decision, I was going to go with "good enough" but I was so blessed to have met Ashley. I was going to pick something in our price range and let go of the color I really wanted, but Ashley was so nice and friendly. She took the time to pull out more samples to make sure I was completely happy with my choice and went over some of the pros and cons of the materials. I was so grateful for her help because she could have made a quick sale but instead, she took time to listen to what I wanted and helped us choose the perfect flooring!!
Her estimate was on point and no surprises. Since we were planning other renovations, she help schedule the work so it worked with our renovations schedule - which meant more flexibility. Our installers were great and we are so pleased with the beautiful flooring. I would highly recommend going to Fantastic Flooring and please ask for Ashley! She is wonderful!

Great job overall. Mazz and his team took good care of me and my project. I was well informed about each step and the job was done on time. We replaced the old carpet with laminate and it looks great. The replacement was quick and the quality of the work was very good. Highly recommend those guys.

I completed a big 7 month long house remodel with Fantastic Floors, today! I worked with Ashley as my designer and we remodeled 3 full bathrooms (gutted them) took out an exterior wall and put in ceiling to floor glass sliding doors, redid entire stair railings and balusters, 2,000 square feet of carpet, kitchen backsplash, laundry room tile and outdoor tile. It was a big job and everything turned out absolutely stunning! A job this size obviously requires a lot of attention, Ashley was able to accommodate my requests for anything I wanted to adjust during the process and was open to helping me with anything I didn't like or change. We became really friendly and she took care of my house like it was her own. Mazz was also great and flexible, he brought good ideas and never tried to sell me anything that was unnecessary. They both honored my budget, their work and I will be using them again! All of their contractors were polite, respectful, worked long hours and were easy to communicate with. Ashley listened to what I wanted, found me unique and interesting tiles, never pushed me into going with options I didn't like and made lots of house calls. The quality of the products, work and customer service was very personal and greatly appreciated! The pictures speak for themselves!

Well I must say the first word that came to mind when I saw my new floors was this is fantastic and amazing! I had a flood in my Master and Mazz came and redid the floors, patio and the fireplace! Absolutely amazing job and charismatic man to work with that knows his stuff!
I’ll be back for my kitchen for sure some day ?

First 2 pics are before, and the last pics are the afters... I included a close-up of the backsplash and quartz countertops. We remodeled essentially the entire house, so we just painted the cabinets instead of doing more but by changing the countertops, the floors, and the backsplash the overall effect in the kitchen was stunning! The bathroom pictures are the remodeling work done in the master bathroom... The biggest change was removing the garden tub (that was a HUGE waste of space) and we moved the shower. We had it made to be an 8-ft long by almost 5 ft wide walk-in shower, And my favorite part is that the glass door opens in either direction ?.
I can't wait for the next time we start remodeling so I can finish some of the items on my wish list that I didn't get done this time around❤️

Had Fantastic Floors do our lower floor. Removal of tile and replacement with new tile to blend in with a previous install. About 1,600 sqft. The job took about 6 days, but the results were well worth the price and effort. Superb blending with existing floor and very good attention to detail. The install team did a fine job. Wade Matthews was invaluable in the sales process and the follow-up to finish the job. He came by several times to assure all was going according to plan. The only hiccup was a cracked window as a result of the tile demolition, but Mazz took care of that to our full satisfaction. Would use them again.

Ashley and Mazz, are wonderful to work with. I've known and worked with them for over 3 years. Very helpful and knowledgeable in many ways. Mazz and Ashley are Great at color combining flooring and tile work with your interior space. Mazz is great and Knowledgeable in the making of flooring materials. Will lead you in the right direction in choosing what is right for you. Ashley is Great in design concepts to help your home become even more beautiful.

Ashely is such a lovely person to work with. My and my wife just bought home and we were looking for new floor then we found this place. Ashely and Franco were really professional and good at what they are doing. They did a really good job at communication and helped resolve some of the home issues, like fixing poorly installed stairs, evening the crooked sub floors, and even get plumber come to check for potential leak just to make sure there is no active leak in the house. Highly recommend if you are looking for flooring expert.

Inspect materials before demolition takes place!Fantastic Floors took out our carpet, went to get materials, and had us inspected the flooring. But there was a problem: the manufacturer (SLCC) sent the wrong flooring. So, we had to live with bare plywood, nails, and staples for 3 1/2 weeks. This delay made the whole project take about 4 1/2 weeks to finish.The installation crew unexpectedly arrived on August 19th at 8:13 am. They continued to work without notice, and the office didn't inform us. Communication became impossible after Martin, the English-proficient member, left as the rest of the crew couldn't speak English.On August 23rd, Martin returned to work on the stairs. He told us that the rest of the crew didn't want to work that day. He had to fix the nose pieces the previous worker had installed as they weren't properly secured. The absent worker had used minimal nails and glue. Martin added more nails to secure it properly? This was far from the quality we were promised; Ashley had referred to them as her "Varsity Team."The day after completion, Ashley texted me, saying, "Jesus told me everything looks great." However, we've never met Jesus.Mazz offered $200 compensation for the surprise crew visit and suggested touch-up work, but we turned down both offers.

Fantastic Floors recently installed my new kitchen backsplash and floor tile in my bathrooms. The process was so easy and there was hardly any wait time for install. Mazz was so helpful in selecting the tile and getting everything scheduled!
