Hours are not right, they open when they want and close when they want. Hours say 11-8, yesterday they were closed at 6:45 and today it’s 11:42 and they still ain’t open. Don’t waste your time here.

Not a store that opens on time. You would think on Saturdays the store would open on time or at worst within a 10-15 minute window.. Nope.

Terrible customer service. Walked in the assosiate working was sitting on the counter, looked like a customer. Not wearing any kind of uniform, in fact looked like they just rolled out of bed wearing slides and what looked like PJs. Didn’t ask if they could help find anything, was willing to purchase a $100+ jersey. Don’t even waste your time with this store!

Showed up on a Monday at 1pm and the store was closed/ there were no employees. Drove 30 minutes to return a shirt for no reason.

The store itself is fine but the employee that was there this past Sunday is not helping this store. We walked in and was never greeted or even looked at. The employee played on his phone e the entire time we were in the store. If this store is suffering from lack of sales im pretty sure why that would be the case. The mall was fairly busy yesterday and we were carrying at 3 bags at the time...I would think proving we were willing to spend but when an employee can't be bothered to help or at the very least acknowledge a customer is there I will never spend my money in a place like this.
