No tape, no box, no service. My fedex was ready. Label and all. Just needed a small piece of tape for the end. Nope. If you have everything ready and just want a drop off spot, this is probably fine. But if you actually need service, go to another spot.

Dropped off express package later than last pickup. I forgot to ask but they didn't tell me either that, hey "btw, I see that this is an express package, this won't go out today because our pickup was 3p". When I went to go grab my package 30 mins before posted closing hours, the doors were locked and shutters closed ??.I tried calling during opening hours and they never pickup.
