I received an online order from this specific store. The shoes I received were clearly worn before, having dirt and markings embedded throughout the underside of the shoes. One of them had frayed stitching around the Nike symbol as well. Just complete and utter disappointment. Shocked this was allowed to be shipped 🤷🏻♀️

I dunno what all the issues are about in these reviews, but I’ve never had a bad experience here, and I’m damn picky.
Definitely don’t go to Snipes!

The guy that checked me out turned the POS terminal towards himself and took the service survey on my behalf (gave himself / the store the highest rating). I then asked him about it and he said his manager is “on them” about the survey’s. Terrible way to manage your employees.

Finish Line was clean, well maintained, with a very courteous staff. The manager, Scotty, was professional and gave me good ideas and suggestions about the merchandise, that I hadn't considered. He was very responsive to our query and needs. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase footwear.

I bought some shoes online and found out my niece needed a bigger size, I went into this store to exchange them with a bigger size. The shoes I received had skid marks on the bottom and only what I could believe to be Cheeto dust on the side with minimal creasing. Black specks inside from people trying them on I assume. At least ask the customer if they’re okay with those issues, if you won’t make them like-new before you sell them. Then the lady with the thinning locs acted as if it was coming from her check or I was bothering her when I turned right around to show the issues and get the smaller size back. Go to Barton Creek or RR!

Not all of them but there is a girl that is super lazy there was people in line and I already new the size and shoe I wanted to buy for a birthday gift and she said she could not go to the back for the shoes because they were close, BUT there was like 5 people in line and one putting on some shoes. Definitely super lazy of her.

I had a great time shopping at this store. I wasn’t sure of the size to get and the manager who helped me was extremely friendly and helpful. He made the process easy and enjoyable. Also I am conscious of my foot size and he made it no big deal (which probably isn’t but I appreciate anyway)

I visited the Finish Line store in the Lakeline Mall a few days ago. They were busy with back to school shoppers, but each one of the associates greeted customers and assisted in finding the perfect shoe for each customer. Jonathan personally assisted me in finding shoes for not only my son, but myself as well. He was not rushed or distracted, despite having multiple customers in the store. I will most definitely be shopping here again. If you need shoes, go here! The service is awesome!
