This review was long overdue! Adolfo P. Was incredibly helpful in assisting me with finding the right floors for my project. He was very patient and very detailed in giving me the pros and cons of the type of flooring I needed for my rental home. I highly recommend him for your flooring needs if you want great service with a smile! My rental home looked great! He will be my first contact for my next flooring project.

Hi. I came in on Labor Day for grout. First, thank you for being open! We are in the middle of a build and with so much to purchase, I realized we’d forgotten some of the grout. Robert was so helpful on confirming some of my choices but also in offering recommendations on others. He was spot on in his choices too! He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He represented your company well. I can’t imagine anything more you would want in an employee.Thank you Robert and Floor and Decor.

My husband had driven 3 hours round trip to pick up flooring for our house and the Floor and decor rep put the wrong flooring into our trailer and my husband didnt realize until arriving home. He immediately called the store and spoke to Sal and later the manager Brittany, and they sent someone all the way to San saba that following Monday with the correct flooring. They did an amazing job fixing the problem and all the employees at this store have been great. I highly recommend.
