I've been coming to this location for the last 4 years, and the staff is always friendly, very helpful. I do wish it was a lot bigger cause it's a smaller Foot Locker. But other than that, they always have good sales and deals.

We purchased shoes online this morning that said they were in stock. We then received an email stating the order was ready to pick up. I then drove from round rock to Cedar Park to pick up my shoes. When I arrived at the store and asked for my order the clerk had no idea what I was talking about. He then checked the system and the hand to go check the mail room and then came back and said I’m sorry, but I don’t have your shoes. I just wasted an hour out of my day because your system told me that you had my shoes ready that were in stock at your store. Who’s gonna give me my time back?Are you gonna give me gas money? Why does your system suck?

Never answer the phone, called multiple times. I need to find out if they have a shoe and Sz in stock. There’s no reason I should have to go in to the store when I live in south austin just to find these things out.

Today I went in there looking for shoes and what a disappointment with this kids workers... there were two boys and a girl who was all hairy, eating chetos, sucking her fingers, and one of the boys was also eating and the other was on his phone when I asked them something they didn't even wanted to speak or answer questions, they just look at each other like fools and the one who ends up helping is with a very poor attitude. ?????

Go in and buy shoes. The salesperson simply ignores you! The two female salespeople were just chatting and looking at their phones! When you need to find your shoe size, you have to go to the front desk and ask them to help you find shoes.

Went there 5 in the evening to exchange a pair of shoes my son bought. The store seemed closed but then we saw employees in there sitting and chatting. The hour of operation says closing at 8pm. So we asked what time they open back and one employee said they can't say a time.

The young lady from the front desk was rude. I was planning on buying four pairs of tenni shoes for my kids back to school i ended up buying nothing because of her attitude... plus every shoe i would ask her if she could look for, she would just say she didnt have any. Which made me think that she didnt put the effort to actually look for the pair
