Customers can sell or trade in old consoles, games, accessories, phones for cash or store credit. GameStop now buys PSA graded collectibles such as sports cards and Pokemon cards. Customers praise the staff. An employee was fantastic and understanding when a pre‑order was returned, and another employee was helpful, knowledgeable, nice, and went above and beyond to find a steering wheel for PS4 Gran Turismo 7, ordering it from the warehouse. A third employee was a rockstar, helping a family get a PS5 and suggesting items for the kids. The vibe is always great and friendly, and customer service is always great. Gamestop is always coo for fans, a great place to buy games, apparel, and collectible stuffs from Batman to Anime. Customers can stop by local GameStop to get their game on, or buy online and pick up in‑store.
Came in on Black Friday to exchange a ps5 remote with joystick drift for a new one. Called ahead of time to make sure they had the color I want and Brian was super helpful. If I could give Aaron 10 million stars I would. I came in with my boyfriend and he made sure we got found what we were looking for and if they didn’t have what we were looking for, he would find it. Great salesman and sweetest guy!!

Great place to come and talk about games or collectibles. Nice staff. Looks great after the remodel. Overall, very good.
