The owner falsely accused and banned a couple of teens for stealing a plush they got elsewhere. Owner was too stubborn to listen, and wasn't convinced after they agreed to show her everything in their bag(s).
Store has cool stuff, but a bad owner.

My family and I had previously visited the kawaii claws above on second floor and we won a moving smiski and having seen it the last time we can to the mall we decided to go in and as we leave one of the ladies behind the counter accused my sister of stealing one of the smiski even though the boxes were right in front of the cashier and both of the ladies were watching my sister the whole time we were in there and then the other lady started saying that she had proof on the cameras and that she had evidence.

First time going here, they have atonn of stuff, from figures, plushies, knives, jewelry and other items for a decent price!! The labubus here are sadly not real though still cute.

They sell fake labubus, but otherwise I like their collection of trinkets and plushies, very cute sanrio, pokemon, anime, and other cool items they have.

Friend bought a Labubu from here a few days ago. Owner charged 3x the original price of a Labubu under the claim that this was the secret Labubu, it was but it turned out to be a replica fake. Do not recommend shopping here and do NOT buy their Labubu's.

This place sells popmart labubu monster dolls but they are fake's!! The owner will tell you he buys them from the seller so thats why you cant scan them, but I compared a real one purchased from pop mart to the ones sold here there are big differences in the tag colors and even the box is different if youre going to sell replicas and especially if you are upcharging for them…dont lie and say theyre real. Just tell the truth overall the replicas are decent but not worth paying double which is what they charge for a fake… Lying is never a good way to run your business !! if you want real labubus dont buy from here…

2June2024 My first time in here and I had the best shopping experience. The lady behind the register let me keep my shopping bag on her counter as I shopped.
The guy behind the knife and Katana counter was super helpful when I picked out the knife I wanted.
So many Japenese outfits, katana’s, good luck charms, anime, vocaloid, Hello Kitty, Dragonball Z, wind chimes, energy stones, inscent cones, rosary’s ?,evil eyes charms,beaded bracelets, and so much more. There are so many wonderful and rare gifts for anyone in here.
