If that had a separate rating for employees it would be 5 stars. The store (owner) does not allow you to split a gift card and cash. Gift card is like cash. It was bought with cash. I should beable to use the entire gift card and the rest in cash. The employees were very helpful. Unfortunately I will go and recommend my friends and clients to go else where.

Showed up to pick up curbside order and it got canceled when I showed up because they do not want to honor the online pricing and want to overprice their products. Shady place I do not recommend anyone to stop by but just order online

They mark everything with a red sticker, because it’s on “sale or discounted.” Everything has been on “sale or discounted” for months. They won’t let me apply my veterans discount because all “sales or discounts” can’t be applied with another. I compared their prices to another GNC and this location’s products are not on sale, these are regular prices marked as discounts. I won’t support or buy products from this location moving forward. This management needs to seriously reassess their priorities.

Shout out to Shawn for scamming me. Walked in to buy a 12 pack of Alani Nu’s, was told Shawn had to ring the cans up individually as he could not scan the case. Didn’t think anything of it, paid and left. Realized once I was home I paid $37ish for a case that cost $29.99 online. Went into a different GNC to figure out why, was informed Shawn charged me for 14 cans (again, I only bought a 12 pack) and that they can actually scan the case. Let’s not forget about the single $9 questionable mushroom pill he tried to sell my husband.

I highly recommend this location for all of your GNC products. The manager Shawn is very knowledgable and will guide you in the right direction for what you need. I have shopped at GNC for 10+ years and the pricing seems in line with what I have paid at other GNC locations around Texas.

I just want to WARN people if you shop at GNC often there not all run the same or they don't all have the same options! I was just dumbfounded when I was told that the Rick and Anne Franchise store doesn't Honor any of the rules that the GNC corporate store or the website does. First of all, I tried to return something to this location and was told to go to a cooperate store what an inconvenience. On the back of the receipt, it says any GNC store. Secondly, I've noticed that they don't honor any of the GNC sales on the website or promotions! Thirdly I discovered that their prices are higher than the website and the corporate stores or the GNC website. Far WARNING stay away from their store they don't honor anything that GNC corporate promises you! You going to pay less save money and be taken better care of and be a lot happier if your shop online or just go to the corporate store that is run by GNC Promise!
