AYYYOOOO. I LOVE this gym. New to the area. Checked out several gyms and this one felt the most welcoming. The manager is great. And. Honestly the curly haired young woman that works there is hands down the most nicest politest koo people there. I'd give it 10 stars.

Cleaner than Pflugerville and recently updated. Group classes space is organized and clean.

Worst gym atmosphere I’ve been a part of. Rude and disrespectful members and staff. The front desk staff is not friendly and always bother you for things. Gym is not clean and no one re racks their weights or wipes downs their machines, not to mention they lock you into a contract when it doesn’t say anything about it when you sign up. Awful gym

Been a member for over 2 years. One of the more spacious and clean Gold’s in North Austin. Staff is always warm and welcoming, not trying to absorb you in unnecessary, shallow conversation when it’s clear you’re just trying to get a workout in. Little thing, but means much to a seasoned gym rat.

The music!!! It is way too loud!!! Simply put, I want to listen to my music in my headphones! Not some other rap crap that is so loud it literally drowns my music out.
I will upgrade this review to a five star when the music level gets lowered, I go multiple times a week at different times, so it would make sense to brief all front desk personnel about the music volume complaint that me and other gym goers have!

Been going here for almost 5 years. It has its pros and cons.
Pro:
- If you report things broken or needing new pads, they do tend to fix them quick.
- you can tell they are trying hard to update things.
- Sauna is amazing
- Locker rooms kept clean
- Friendly front staff team
- all the new sections are amazing! So many power racks and cables. Fixed a ton of frustrations.
- when the swap out older equipment, the pieces they add are often incredible
Cons:
- please buy bench bars. Like I mentioned in the pros, they are working to update things. But most the new barbells are all dead lifting bars. Way to much spin On the sleeves for heavy benching.
- Some of the trainers are just nasty to members not paying them, and have horrible gym etiquette.

The gym itself is awesome,it just sucks most of the people that go here, don't know how to use it,so the dumbbell area is very crowded

This gym offers a good amount of unique equipment I've never had access to at other chain gyms. The staff have been all very friendly and the gym is clean. Not much more you can ask for.

I honestly want to start off with saying that the turnaround I have seen this gym make is nothing but the ordinary. Exceptional service and cleanliness provided by the staff. The staff is nothing but friendly and welcoming, they provide answers to all questions and always greet me with a smile. The machines are clean and placements of them are perfect. Always clean and organized well. I will always prefer this location compared to the rest. 5 stars!!!
