I come here weekly! I am always greeted and have a great comfortable experience. I would love to thank Yuritsa for your wisdom and kindness & Caleb for helping me donate today. Sorry if I butchered any names. But seriously i appreciate everyone here.

Far different experience than other area Goodwill drop offs which are normally friendly and helpful. The men in the drop off area wouldn’t help me unload my items (not heavy just numerous) and they seemed annoyed that I had more items than their roller bin could hold. I don’t expect much but this was just a nasty experience start to finish.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Let me start this post by stating, that Goodwill is a place where you can bring your donations to potentially be given to charity or to someone that may not have anything. I called this Goodwill a day in advance before I was prepared to drop off bulk furniture. One dresser and one media entertainment stand. Both very nice, solid oak wood purchase somewhere in the mid-2000s. I called ahead because I understand that dropping off bulk furniture may not be something that is accepted. When I called I spoke with a woman who assured me that they will accept my used goods. I even rented a Penske truck because this Goodwill is located one mile away from me. To my surprise when I get to the Goodwill, the day after I called. I was told by two young men that they do not accept furniture because they just got a slew of furniture in. Apparently a slew of furniture came in overnight. What it looked like to me is that the people who were accepting donations were not physically capable of assisting me with unloading the truck. Which is a completely different scenario than lying and saying that a slew of furniture came in overnight. Shame on you two gentleman. Chivalry is dead. Don't waste your time coming here, take your use goods to the Goodwill on 1431. They accepted all of my furniture and even had willing employees to come out and assist :) thanks for nothing Goodwill on N Bell!!!

Amazing service despite being short staffed. Joe and the woman up front were awesome!

I went to drop off 2 bags of blankets and got there at 0930 and was met with one rude individual who told me to leave stating they don’t open until 1000. I get it, you don’t open for 30 minutes but you don’t have to be rude about it. Now those blankets are going to the trash, hoping someone finds them that can use them this winter.

Bad customer service and rude at the donation drop off. They should be greatful since their business model depend on people donations. Same bad experience every time.

I constantly visit Goodwills and buy books. But every time I go to this Goodwill, the book section is messy and no new books are being put out. They have probably found an easy way out by loading them onto trucks and sending them to the central Goodwill. There, they are sold for a very low value. This is a financial loss for this Goodwill. I think the manager here is not interested in the store at all.

I just dropped off a big trash bag full of nice shoes from my closet. Not one person said thank you. I’ll be taking my things to Salvation Army from now on.

Very bad manager with poor taste. She keeps the worse junk and sell them for insane prices, compared to other Goodwills. Stop putting "Can't return" stickers on useless broken items. Useless doorstop going into the trash. She assumes everyone has the time to shop on Ebay for more than one missing part per electronics/kitchen appliance and still be less expensive than buying a perfectly functioning one on Ebay. That is so wrong. A working one is way cheaper on Ebay. Now I know why we had stopped shopping at this Goodwill, but thought we'd give them a second chance. Bad manager. Stay away.

Today I donated 3 bags of hand made crocheted baby bonnets ; hats and child size hats, sweaters, ear warmers and a baby blanket along with 2 like new Lands End coats. Every item was clean, folded and safely stored. The man took everything and dumped it all haphazardly into a large bin. When we lived in Austin I took all my hand made items to HOPE or to Dell Children's Hospital. Where they were always welcome. I have no confidence the items I donated to Goodwill will be treated with any type of care or even make it to the sales area. I will not donate there again.

Always like coming to this Goodwill. The merchandise turns over quickly, there is a vast selection of apparel, and always a seasonal highlight of decorations and so on. They do a great job sorting and setting up display areas and end caps. I always end up with a cart full of items to up cycle and repurpose.Remember Tuesday’s is Senior discount day!

Guy taking donations took my gift and was putting tool items behind the store and not taking them inside. I complained and nothing was done I took my items back he said they were his tools now I took them and gave to nieghbor. How can you donate when employees steal it for themselves. Manager said items needing repair goes to another store. If I donate a item in good shape why did je put the item off camera. Julian the door man is a thief and a liar

Seemingly more expensive pricing than other GW stores. If I could afford to shop at the mall, I would. I go to Goodwill for affordable deals. The cashiers in the front are super sweet but the other employees (the employees that put items out or never work as cashiers) don’t know how to say ‘excuse me’ if they need you to move. They don’t acknowledge that you’re there at all. Will not donate or shop here anymore.
