My wife got to find what she liked! The staffs were nice and friendly and they had variety of items! Quite fun to look around and they accept many donations! Nice to find a place where we can take our items to!

After getting ignored and getting poor service at most Goodwill Stores, I found this one on Cypress. Unlike most Goodwill stores, the guys who work there are very helpful and provide excellent customer service. This location has a sign saying it's only a place to donate items but there's actually a store there. I've been driving past it for a couple of years but never knew there was a store there! Lots of vinyl and CDs plus clothing and all sorts of Knick-knacks for sale. A hidden place with many great items for sale at great prices

This goodwill location is better for people looking for clothing than furniture or things. The book and game sections are small but there’s a decent amount of technology. There was plenty of clothing in a variety of styles and sizes (from what I saw) so if this is what you are looking for, I recommend this location.
Fairly clean and organized (as much as can be expected from a goodwill anyway)

The service was TERRIBLE there was this old lady working and I was going to there with my friend. As soon as I walk into the store I hear her yell "only 1 person allowed at one time" so my friend stayed out as I went in. She yelled at me for things I have never done she said I was cursing and saying profanity in the store even though I didn't. She also yelled at my for looking not my age and saying that I have to be 14+ even though I am of age and she asked for "credentials" I'm assuming something like my school ID but I didn't have it on me. She rudely told me to put my things down and that I couldn't be in the store if I didn't buy something so I just left the store. I didn't get her name but hopefully the security camera caught her horrendous actions. I will definitely be telling Daniel about this next time I see him.

I recently had a disappointing experience at [Name of the Place] due to the behavior of one of their cashiers. The cashier was consistently rude and went so far as to accuse me of using profanity, which was completely unfounded. Throughout the transaction, the cashier displayed a lack of professionalism and customer service skills. The unwarranted accusations made the entire interaction uncomfortable and left me questioning the integrity of the service provided.

This location always has something cool. the emoloyees are always very helpful and nice. They keep the merchandise and store orderly and clean. My experience today was great. I found a little childs first act guitar and was jamming it wildly for some time in the isles. I enjoy playing musical instruments of all kinds and found my self unable to put it down. It stayed in tune and to my surprise had a nice bright sound. One of the staff members kindly approached me stating that there was a guitar that I might like and brought this vintage 1960s in need of repairsWooden guitar with missing tuning peg and priced it very reasonable. It was Destiny I have the missing parts at home and I live for saving these kind of guitars! Thank you goodwill team for making my day beyond belief splendidly most joyous ?!!-carlos
