Many thanks to Erica Anderson at this CEDAR PARK LOCATION! There was a problem that the magic number of contacts stopped with Erica. SO GLAD IT WAS TRULY A SIMPLE PROBLEM.....but she is the one that stuck with it and found it was easily fixable. NO ONE ELSE EVEN CAME CLOSE to what appeared to be trying, just handing it off..... MANY THANKS TO ERICA ANDERSON....

The service at this bank is amazing! The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. I only wished that information regarding how to receive a debit card was expressed. Perhaps it was just an oversight. It would also be nice to have Saturday hours even if it is about 4 hours in the am would be nice. At this time the bank is only open Mon - Friday 9am to 5 pm. But, I do understand staff are human and also need breaks :-)

Great experience with the GTFCU branch on N. Bell in Cedar Park. Erica and Alexia were very helpful and patient with helping us navigate thru our financial needs. Highly recommend the Credit Union for all banking needs.

I have been a client of the Cedar Park location for about ten years now. This branch office goes out of their way to assist me with whatever transactions I have to make. Erika and her team are the best I have ever encountered in making me feel welcome and not just a number. I highly recommend!

Where do I begin! Erika and her team have done a fabulous job! We have been dealing with the Cedar Park Branch for 10 years and lately we have had to deal with some financial matters through GTFCU. Not only did Erika and her team helped us square away our deals but they have treated us like family and not just a number. Keep up the awesome work y'all are doing!
