I sold my guns at this store and was told I would get $2000 for it. A couple minutes later the gentleman handed me $1000 in cash and told me we agreed to $1000. I highly recommend you stay away from this place due to the lack of integrity. By the way, my wife was right next to me and her $2000 as well. I felt very disrespected with the way we were treated at this store.

They are selling used guns for the price of brand new ( not kidding) and buying used ones for the price of metal scrap.

Guns Warehouse is top notch! Everyone there is amazing to deal with. They're great at answering questions. They guide without being pushy. They genuinely care about their customers. They remember me and my husband. As woman looking at and shopping for guns I'm treated with complete respect. We have enjoyed every interaction with every single employee. One time we had an issue with a used gun we'd purchased and they made it right even though their policies state all purchases are final. It wasn't even anything that they had done wrong or incorrect. I would give more than 5 stars if it was possible.

10/10 Bought my first hand gun & rifle with them. Super knowledgeable, extremely patient (I'm a new gun owner) spent 3 hours first time I bought a weapon. Entire staff is awesome but huge shout out to Ross, Leo & Brady! Only store I'll buy ammo & guns from.

I sold a handgun here. They quoted me a price from a reputable source as a reference. When I got home I checked the price. I got ripped off. I should have done my homework. They fooled me once, but I will never go back. This establishment is not trustworthy.

Terrible customer service and communication. I wouldn't recommend to anyone getting an online purchase shipped to them. They sold my item after many talks regarding the pickup date. I understand their policies but legally them stating its written somewhere on our wall doesn't make for a great case.
