Worth customer experience with Eric(k)a, this incompetent person just waste peoples time and try to harm you instead of help. Please evaluate and educate this person with her knowledge and customer support skills. She just dont know her job, which is sadly. Overall this pharmacy is good but spoon of tart complete spoil barrel of honey.

Poorly stocked. I came in the morning, so they had all night to restock the shelves. I had 6 things on my list. They only had 3 of them in stock, one of which they didn't have as many as I needed. . The other 3 they carried, but none on the shelves. Now I have to go to another HEB to get the other 3 items, and more of the 4th. Very disappointing.

I have been using this HEB pharmacy for more than 25 years and generally been happy with the level of service I have been receiving. This one star review is due to the bad experience I had yesterday when picking up my medication. The young pharmacy tech, Val, in front counter was talking and asking questions in a very rude manner. Which I thought may be that is her style of talking and should not hold that against her. But then I realized that the quantity of the tablets was incorrect quantity (30 instead of 90) . When I told her that the tablets quantity is incorrect. She acted as if the wrong quantity is my problem and she did not offer any assistance. It was a very distasteful way of talking to a loyal customer.

This is the worst pharmacy. They are always late, don't fill all prescriptions at the same time, constantly give incorrect information, and once I had to report a pharmacy tech for lying. They don't call with urgent meds, but will non-stop call you for random refills (even when other ones are pending/not ready). The pharmacy techs are often rude - which I sort of understand because everyone is always angry due to the terrible service. It's not a compound pharmacy, so they should just get a vending machine to run they pharmacy.

Called twice about my son's prescription and they said it will be ready in 1 hour. Go there 1 hour 20 mins later and they say it's another 30mins. Do not use this pharmacy if you want a prescription on time.

Ordered medicine 3x in the app, never got any update. Came here in person, they told me I cannot get the medicine until 4 days I ll run out of it. What a mess!

Not sure what happened, but disappointing for what we’ve come to expect from our HEB. This pharmacy appears very poorly managed, always has a very long line, no sense of urgency. Even if you use the option to prepay you are still required to wait in the very long lines. If you try to utilize their delivery service, you have to call in prior to their daily cut off. Instead of setting your delivery for the next day, you’ve got to call back the next day to schedule. What?! We’ve moved all of our prescriptions to either 90 day service or to the company capsule. Much more efficient.

I won't go anywhere else. The staff in the pharmacy are always very helpful. I always get the lowest prices and the most prompt service. I love the free delivery service.
