Been having several thousands of dollars worth of medication filled at HEB for years. After speaking to Michael today I’ll be switching pharmacies. Terrible customer service. Great grocery store but not a great pharmacy

At this particular location, I feel like the workers here, and the pharmacist Aaron, the bald headed man, do not want to help me here. I don't like that I felt rushed today when I was discussing my Seroquel with Eric. I felt like he didn't want to speak with me. No customer should feel this way. I want to talk to a supervisor again so I can be treated better at this location.

Not organized at all, claimed I didn't have a prescription even though I received calls saying my prescription was ready for pickup for that specific location. Best thing is I was told my prescription wouldn't be ready for 10 days which turned into two weeks. Thanks for wasting my time. Please go somewhere else people

I went yesterday to get insulin needles for my insulin. I never stop or have got anything from the Cedar Park pharmacy. I do get my medications from the Leander one. Such unprofessional service . I been diabetic since I was 8 years old . I am by over 50 now. So when the lady on register called this big guy and he said do you have a prescription with us. I said No. because I have it with Leander but that’s beside the point. You’re the only pharmacy I been to that does Not let you buy syringes for insulin. Texas has NO laws about not selling syringes. You can easily see a crack head and tell the difference from a diabetic. I will never go back to that pharmacy!

I’ve waited quite a while to leave a review because I wasn’t sure if the bad service was something that just happened every once in a while with a lazy employee or if it was their standard of service.They will not reach out when your prescription is readyWhen you submit a prescription refill or if a doctor submits a prescription and there is any kind of issue or question they will not reach out to you. They just will not fill the prescription so that when you come by to pick it up, you find out that they never filled it.It would make more sense if they would rather doing this. It is a 20 minute drive for me to pick up my prescriptions yet. This is the closest closest H-E-B to my home.Customer service sucks.

I’ve had horrible experiences with this pharmacy and the associate Karen was the last straw, especially with her attitude and poor customer service. Spoke w/ the Pharmacy Team lead Kathy on my issue, who was much more personable and empathetic. I informed them I will be switching pharmacies.

When it comes to grocery shopping, this HEB store is my go-to destination. From housewares to grilling and outdoor, party supplies, meat, and groceries, they have everything I need under one roof. I've been coming here since 2018 and have never had any issues with their staff or the food products they sell. One of my favorite things about this store is their sushi stand and pastry area. Both offer a great selection of fresh, delicious, and high-quality products. While there's a competitor right across the street, I prefer the food products at this HEB store. All in all, this store is a fantastic place to shop for all your household needs, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

Terrible customer service from cashier Trinity. I watched her conduct 2 transactions in front of me and they all used cards. When it was my time, she used the phone to call for assistance. She stated she was running low on $20 bills. The supervisor came over and asked for her request. She then started checking me out. She bagged two bags of items and stopped. The manager gave her the money. She opened the drawer and put the money in. I bagged the third bag of items. My problem is that you had me wait for her benefit. She could have done my transaction. When she opened the drawer she had twenties. She did not complete the bagging process as she had with the customers in front of me. Trinity is the worst when it comes with customer service. I had to wait for her non issues. She did not see a problem with this at all. I had 3 items over self checkout but I will go there next time to not deal with this type of BS
