If management wants to explain why it’s a good idea and helpful to it’s customers having your overnight shelf stocking crew start over an hour before the store closes pretty much running over customers and blocking them from even making their purchases id really love to hear the logic behind it. If the idea is to get customers to not come in at closing time maybe try again. HEB on Ronald Regan and Whitestone down the road makes this location look like a degenerate management team is in charge. I recommend the other location they exceed on all levels on what you want in a grocery store this location should either shut down and restructure or fire all the management. What a joke……. On second thought if someone wants to get hurt and sue this is definitely the place to come, just show up after 10pm and walk the isles you’ll get run over and hurt fairly quickly I’m sure…. Just sad…..

I’m done with this location. I get that it’s the biggest chain but there are options and could your cashiers actually say more than ‘there you go’ and shove a receipt at you everytime you check out? I spend way too much each trip and would ‘thank you’ or eye contact or a smile be too much to ask? They have plenty of time to chatter with whoever is bagging groceries, so it’s not a matter of being too busy. Yikes.

Everyone is so friendly and everything is so fresh. I love HEB. This convenient location makes it extra easy to get in, get what you want and then get out in a hurry. The fresh Mayo tortillas to the extra friendly staff at the seafood section, makes my weekly visit to the grocery store enjoyable.
