I have purchased multiple rings and one pair of earrings from this location. I was driving today and noticed that one of diamonds on my anniversary ring was missing. I was so heartbroken and frantic when I called Helzberg and spoke to Mr. Jairo. He was really patient with me because I was losing it.
He told me to bring the ring in and they were took a look at my warranties and see what they could do. Bless this man because he was able to look at my information and tell me that everything was going to be OK.
You don’t know how relieved I was to hear this. My ring is going to be fixed and made whole again.

You made my day, week, month and several years.

Brought a mens wedding ring and looked good in stores but didn’t look good outside. They had to make a “special order” just to order the size 10.5. I went in to return the purchase within a week, Raghu and Priscilla said it was non-returnable because it was a special order made according to your size. This made no sense because you can order a size 10.5 on their online website and return it. Helzburg return policy doesn’t mention anything about how you can’t return a custom ring size. They offered to exchange it for something else at their store but weren’t ready to give me a refund which the ring costed $1300 dollars. he kept saying its a “custom order”( just because we ordered a 10.5 size that was not available in store, nothing else was customized ) and this cannot be refunded, only exchanged. This seemed very suspicious because it looked like they didn't want to lose this sale. Raghu and Priscilla took me to the side away from their colleagues so they can’t hear that they were giving us wrong information. we contacted different locations right after we left to see if we could return this purchase and they said yes. I was easily able to return the ring at the Barton Creek location without any hassles. Its super disappointing to see how these employees Raghu and Priscilla are taking advantage of customers just for their sales targets or commissions, no care about customer satisfaction at all!!! Definitely not returning to Helzburg!!!

Every time I come in, I am helped with a friendly and familiar smile. My ring has had to have multiple repairs, but every time, it costs me nothing, as long as I keep up my end of the warranty. I love Helzberg.

Every time I visit Helzberg it’s for two reasons! To find my favorite sales associate Sabrina and receive her expert assistance in finding the next best jewelry specific to my liking and style. We financed a unique bridal set from a location in Northern Colorado, although we live here in Central Texas. We were able to get the rings resized and cleaned per the warranty plan and the work done was perfect! Not only that, but the service was professional and kind at both locations. Helzberg treats their customers well!
