We had a comfortable stay at this Holiday Inn Express. The room was clean and cozy, and although the shower initially had no water pressure, my husband mentioned it to the front desk and they promptly replaced the showerhead — problem solved. Our room faced the gas station, so I was concerned about noise and light, but the blackout blinds worked perfectly and the room stayed quiet.
The only downside for me was the pillows, but that’s on me for not bringing my own. We arrived late and were up early both mornings, but still found the stay restful.
The best part? Round Rock Donuts — the best donuts in the world — is right across the street! Super Target, Ross, and plenty of restaurants are just a block away, and easy access to 183 made getting around simple. Overall, a solid and convenient place to stay.

Shower pressure is worthless. Nice hotel otherwise but bathing is half the point of getting a room. I travel here often for work and I will not be coming back.

Terrible water pressure. Wonderful check-in, breakfast, beds, and wifi. Safe and well lit area. The low water pressure ruined an otherwise great stay.

Dirty! Room was dirty. Bathroom.. Dirty. Stairwell looked like someone had vomited in the corner and there for days. Shower head full of soap scum.

BED BUGS!!! Warning! We found a live bed bug overnight and trapped it in a cup! I presented the cup at checkout and nothing was done other than asking what room we were in!! No refund, no discount after what was not a good nights rest!! I’m totally disgusted and disappointed with Holiday Inn! Train employees to do better when a guest finds something like bed bugs! I pray none come home with us!

Rooms were decent, however walls are paper thin. Parking lot is small.I found hair in the tub and areas overlooked in the bathroom.

A guy I did work for made a reservation for me and my boyfriend. Drive five hours and when we got there the front desk worker was extremely rude and unhelpful. We tried showing him our reservation number but he refused to listen to us.after going back and forth he then proceeded to kick us out and said if we didn’t leave he would call the cops when we were just simply trying to check in after we had a reservation made. He finally called the guy who made our reservation and said it was a mistake on there end but still treated us rudely. Over all I wouldn’t stay here if you want good customer service. Zero stars

The bed is comfortable and there are hot protein items as well as fresh pancakes for breakfast. However, as soon as you enter the building there is a strong odor and it is throughout the hotel. The "fitness" center has three cardio machines: a treadmill, a bike, and an elliptical - only the elliptical works. There is a set of free weights, some mats, a yoga ball and a TV. Nothing to wipe down equipment with. Microwaves in rooms are too small and do not have enough power to pop a bag of popcorn. Overall would not stay here again for my kids who want to watch movies and eat microwave food or myself who needs yo maintain a fitness regimen.Rooms: comfortable beds and pillowsNoteworthy details: Fitness center does not have working cardio machines

This hotel was great. I was pretty impressed with this place. The employees are all professional, kind, and courteous. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is pretty good. They had a good selection each morning. It isn't the best breakfast around, but it's one of the better ones. The hotel for the most part is in great shape. It's pretty quiet and i enjoyed my stay. Y'all keep up the great work.

I had to pick my child up, and was booked into this hotel. Easy to get to, front desk staff was nice, rooms were very nice, much better than I expected. Close to a lot of restaurants, stores, and medical centers. We only needed to stay overnight, but the whole process was easy & comfortable
