If I could give zero stars I would. My tax pro filed the incorrect return way back in February and then did not respond for months. She finally reach out again in June saying she fixed it, but it is now mid August and I have not received a dime or another email from them since. Will not be returning. Very unprofessional. Still waiting on my money.
I reached out to the customer service line from the website, no one picked up every time I tried. I emailed the customer service email provided by the front desk girl, never got a reply. And my tax pro doesn’t like to reply either.

Stay away! They missed to file my tax return for the same year twice. Because they had Misplaced all W2s. Had to go back to ex employers to have them resent to IRS. Received notice from IRS that tax wasn’t filed last year, requested HR block to submit, staff confirmed that they submitted. Received a notice again this year that tax wasn’t filed. Someone from HR Block Dallas location helped me. This office have seemed to lost all confidential documents I provided to them as nobody’s able to find the documents in their database.

I've used private tax preparers for years and decided to give H&R Block a try. It took several hands to get my taxes completed. Once I paid they assured me the they would file my taxes but it never happened. Now a year later, I'm unable to process the current year returns because the IRS never received last year's from H&R Block. Getting this fixed has been a huge pain. Never, ever will I use H&R Block.
