Have been there on the dot of opening and closing always treated with great customer service and attended with the best attitude and smiles on their face. Jeremy, Nick and Phira have always been a great help with any assistance I need on my business account. I’ll drive the extra miles to head to this location for IBC.

I'VE HAD THIS BANK FOR OVER 5 YEARS AND FOR ONE TIME OF BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, I AM CONVINCED TO TAKE MY SAVINGS SOMEWHERE ELSE. IT'S NOT WORTH MY TIME. THE TALLEST GUY IN THIS LOCATION, JEREMY, IS RUDE LIKE HES DOING ME A FAVOR OR LIKE HE OWNS THE BANK AND APPLIES THE POLICIES THE WAY HE WANTS TO. HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO TEND TO OTHER MATTERS INSTEAD OF TENDING TO ME KNOWING THAT I WAS ALREADY FRUSTRATED WITH HIS SERVICE. HE EVEN MADE ME FEEL DISCRIMINATED AGAINST AND WITH THAT ALONE, I AM MOVING ON TO A BANK WHERE I AM GOING TO RECEIVE A WAY BETTER TREATMENT.

I have been with IBC for more than 15 years. I love the amazing customer service. Every time I have dealt with anyone at this bank, service has been amazing. I took my daughter to get her first debt card on her birthday. I had called ahead of time to ask if she could get an account at 16 years of age. I told them it was going to be her 16 birthday the next day and i would bring her in to get it. When I walked in the next day. The staff remembered our previous conversation, They all sang happy Birthday to her. Thank you Juan and all the staff.

We have banked at IBC Bank for over 15 years, but this week highlighted why we have stayed with them. Juan the manager is beyond kind an accommodating. He helped us stay calm and processed us with the purchase of our new home! Juan thank you. All of the employees could not of serviced us any better than they did!Thank you IBC Bank for employing such wonderful people!

I have had excellent customer service at this branch located on Whitestone in Cedar Park The staff is friendly and courteous, attentive to my issues and professionally addressed and resolved my needs. Special recognition to Anupama Roodkee for her courteous and professional service as well as Juan Lopez, Branch Manager. Keep up the good work, I highly recommend this bank location and staff.

Horrible. They overcharged by 10x what a check was written for. Could not get them to do anything! Even went in the location like they said. What a waste of time. Manager was clueless. Worse bank ever. Do not open an account here. If you have one, move it. Oh, 20+ years in banking by my spouse.

Will NEVER Use This Bank AGAIN!! First It took three trips and 5 hours to open a basic checking account as at the second day and hour number 4 the account was open but they entered my name backwards Mathews Travis instead of Travis Mathews which took another trip and a little over an our to fix. Then last week I made a cash deposit of $400 as I need the funds available to pay bills before the late fees hit for the month and IBC lost my money. That took a day to fix and I got stuck with $120 in late fees that I can not afford. And today with my account set up to not let me make a charge on my debit card unless the funds are available so that I do not incur any overdraft fees, I wake up to find that my bank is overdrawn by $200 + Dollars. Please avoid this nightmare at all cost! Travis

You can be here before anyone else is in the drive thru and you can still be last to leave. I'm either waiting five minutes or 30. That time can make a difference, and I would be happier if they were just consistent in their service.

Iverlyn Curry is horrible manager .the worst thing she does not know any thing about customer service.I did not have any problem during past five years but she is so rude and ridiculous. and I thing A bad manager is the number one reason employees quit at this branch , and the bottom line she is bad for business too.

Not bad at all. Super clean and friendly customer service. The best thing about IBC Bank is the convenient hours. However, the biggest drawback is the fees that they charge. Pick your poison. Who knows...with all of this technology, branch banks are going out of style anyway.

2 star review because I've never had issues here before today. Ivory Curry, the new branch manager literally cut me off and wouldn't allow me to explain myself about my situation about past employees, THIS year in fact, giving me money out the bank drive thru from my savings. Instead of explaining in front of her employes about their policy about handing money out the drive thru bank she got very snappy at me very quickly, She said she was doing me a favor, and no one had ever said that to me before, even after the policy was enacted. The microphone on their side is shotty and i couldnt hear anything she was saying, so there was obvious frustration on both sides of the table. On top of that, she took my drivers license and wrote down all my info on a sticky note and took it to her office. I wanted a explanation for that one as well, but she took off to the back. One of the tellers said that it is mandatory they do that, but since I've been banking with them 5 plus years ive never seen that happen before. The bottom line is my argument was invalid to them because of the policy inacted a year ago, but apparently they havent been following this new protocal since January 1st 2016, because they knew me. Guess a major turnover happened. It is definitely time for a new bank... you know one that gives you YOUR money when they are open during buisness hours? Unsatisfactory. What BS

The worst customer service ever. I went there earlier to cash a check from ibc. Women in drive through has a bad attitude and bad service. Im glad I don't bank there. I'll stick with my credit union a cross the street. Don't bank with them go to a small credit union they treat you with respect and appreciate your business.
