Left sitting here waiting for over an hour, numbing is wearing off still haven’t received any service. This is distressing for a patient with a phobia of the dentist as is and I know I heard your staff talking and doing nothing not even checking in. Unprofessionalism at its finest. We will be checking with our insurance to swap businesses if possible. Disgusting.

Corporate dental chain money grab. I first went to a different Ideal Dental location, which I liked overall but they told me a deep cleaning of my gums was needed, so there was an upsell/extra charge there. The dentist there also noted a slight overlap in my bottom teeth and wanted to sell me on Invisalign (I already have and wear a retainer). I informed her that I had braces as a kid/teen and am not interested in any more orthodontics, nor does it bother me in any way. Dentists prior to this had NEVER mentioned it to me before. After informing her of that, I expected it to be noted in my file and not brought up again. At this location, however, the dentist noted it again and once again recommended (attempted to upsell) Invisalign. I was not happy. At the dentist office that I moved to after deciding I was done with Ideal Dental period, the dentist told me it was not a concern at all.
They also offered a further upsell of an oral cancer check, which I’m annoyed that I took them up on. Again, something like that had never happened at other dentist’s offices I’d been to. I also just didn’t get a good vibe from this place period and wanted to leave almost as soon as I got there, even though the staff seemed nice (just obviously corporate has instructed them to upsell, upsell, upsell). I do not recommend any location of Ideal Dental (formerly Brush32) and suggest that anyone reading this finds a less corporate dental office.

I went here for the first time to get a X-rays and teeth cleaning. They did a horrible job at cleaning compared to other dentists I’ve been to. They also said I had three cavities and overall six fillings that needed to take place.
I didn’t feel right about it, so I decided to go to another dentist who did scans and said I had no cavities and no fillings needed. They also cleaned my teeth as they should.
Seems like Ideal dentist are just trying to lie and get as much money as they can out of you.

Great experience. The staff was very kind and was very quick. I had a procedure done that was supposed to take over three hours and left after just two. Will go back.

I'm giving one star because the system doesn't allow zero stars. This place definitely treats patients like just another number. The service is terrible. They make excuses just to get money from you. They give you the prescription, and when you get to the pharmacy to get the medicine, they tell you they can't sell it to you because the doctor's signature is missing. Run away from here. They don't care about you as a patient; they just want your money.

Had a tooth that had bothered me. Ideal was quick and friendly. Had an appointment the next day . The tooth I thought was giving me problems turned out to not be the tooth but I chose to have both extracted. Both teeth were removed and it has now been over 24 hours and it was easy and comfortable afterwards. I would highly recommend. Everyone was wonderful and concerned for my comfort.

Staff was reasonable. I had to wait 25 minutes to be taken to a dental chair and finally stood just outside the front door to try and warm up. The office temperature was COLD and I had to ask for two blankets to try not to shiver. Had one filling done and she said we could wait 5 minutes to do the other side. I waited 35 min. for her to return to finish. The guy in the next bay brought his pet and talked to the dog the entire time. This was not an emotional support animal. I found it unsanitary to let the dog run around the patient area. Gross and inconsiderate. For an exam and two fillings it took three hours and fifteen minutes.

Do not come to ideal dental. Promotions do not support for what they lack as a business.
They’re short staffed, express zero empathy and have a constant rotation of clerks that are unprofessional to say the least. The new clerk Gigi was specifically unwilling to accommodate or hear anything I had to say today.
If you do choose to come to either the Round Rock or Georgetown locations, anticipate long wait times, an unorganized facility and a poor experience.
