I've had such a great experience here! The environment is so welcoming and everyone has been friendly & easy to work with. So far I've worked with Steve, Chad, Jacqueline, and Karen, and they've all been fantastic. I highly recommend this gym.

When you're looking for a place to reach your fitness goals you're not really looking for just a "gym" you're looking for a place that matches your values.Inspire has great values that align perfectly with my own.Health and wellnessMutual respectPositive environmentWellness over physical perfectionRespect of surroundingsRecognition and awareness of other people sharing the spaceThese are all values they carry in spades. I've run into a lot of great people who are very invested in their well being and health and they enable them to reach those goals. The staff are very well versed and the owners are personable and invested in their members. Additionally: They are locally owned and you will regularly see the owner tidying up and keeping his members safe. This isn't a soulless corporation. These are real people invested in real results for their members. I say members because "customer" feels cheap because you're not buying a product or service. You're making meaningful changes to your health.5am crew everyday (Except when I sleep in, sorry owners!)Thank you Inspire Fitness.Thank you Chad and Steve.

I have been putting off this review because I wanted to make sure it was perfect, Inspire Fitness deserves a perfect review! I could not have made a better decision for myself to join Inspire. Seriously one of the best decisions of my life so far. I feel comfortable, able to be myself, and not-judged when I work out. The personal trainers here far exceeded my expectations and are the best I have ever worked with including trainers at Gold's Gym. It truly feels like a second home and I am proud to call it my happy place. You will not be disappointed!

Would highly recommend this gym! I was feeling a little lost on my workouts after having a baby... Steve has helped me lose body fat and I honestly feel stronger week to week! ??

I love this place. It’s like a shared personal gym studio. The trainers are real, know what they’re talking about, have succeeded in their own fitness, and help with your workout and diet. They’re genuine and always understanding and supportive. It’s also trainer owned, it’s *not* your Gold’s gym. It’s the real deal. If you follow these guys, you’ll get strong and healthy.

Our family used to be regular customers at Inspire for almost three years. Two factors led to our leaving: First, a toxic encounter with the owner, Chad Kroll, who went ballistic on me because he didn't like the "blue" language between me and my trainer. Instead of simply asking us to watch our language, he actually launched into his own hypocritical profanity-laced explosion, dropping F-bombs and acting like a wildman. I believe he was under the influence of some substance. The other reason for leaving was my trainer George leaving Inspire. Without George, who was an outstanding trainer, there was no incentive to remain a customer. Chad, you need to seek help for your anger issues or substance abuse. We're now members of another facility and no longer have any drama.

I'm new to the gym world, no idea how to use the machines properly. No idea about a routine to work all the muscle groups. Like I'm just lost without Chad my trainer. I love how he explains everything to me. How the machine works, what muscles are being worked. He watches my form to make sure I'm getting the most benefit and not injuring any muscles . He cares about me reaching my goals, which is obviously important. We talk about healthy food choices and I tell him what I've eaten through the week. And the water intake as well. Chad is a great trainer if you're looking to make a change in your outlook, body, health and well-being.

They over sell and under deliver. Their vendor G & G Fitness in Cincinnati promised delivery of a home gym by September when purchased in July. It was installed with no plates. Been told three dates for delivery of the plates. Nothing yet. Paid $4500 for the gym. Used zero times. Their customer service does not return calls or emails. If i could give 0 stars i would. Completely unsatisfied.

Inspire Fitness has always provided me with a program catered to my health needs & goals! All the trainers are uniquely different and specialize in training specific clients. Not only do I leave here *feeling* better, but after just a few weeks of training here, I start seeing a difference in the mirror! Choose Inspire Fitness for the WIN! They will keep you motivated & on track!

I like it a lot because they treat me with a lot of respect and they teach me little by little how to have a healthier life. In addition to training, I learn about my body and how each exercise works and helps me in the transformation I am looking for. And something very important to me, they are super clean , I recommend it 100%
