At first I was disappointed because a stain didn't come out of the garment. However, as a first time customer, I received a message from the manager, Connie, to make sure I had a great experience. I reached out to her and she gladly offered for me to return the garment to try again. There was no guarantee it would come out the second time. I appreciated the ease of trying again. And I'm happy to say that the stain did come out! Thank you!

Lost 7 of my nicest shirts. They told my wife they would call with an update and never did. They didn't seem to give much effort or even act like they cared that they made a mistake. Never trusting them again...

Most cleaners open at 6am or so. I showed up at 6:58am. The lady working was disgusted by this and made sure to glance at the “hours of operation” sign a few times and was very rude over all. Then, $10 to starch a pair of jeans is nuts.

I have been going to Jack Brown Cleaners for over 4 years now and have always had consistently great service. Connie (and Emily before) have been running the N Bell location phenomenally and I couldn’t imagine going elsewhere.

Unfortunately after many happy years going to this location, working with emilly, a fine and caring person who always help with my needs ,some new woman is now running this location, I'm guessing an ex military drill sergeant?? Me experience there was rudeness, demanding and overwhelming by her attitude and responses to my questions.I will take my business elsewhere, she person is killing thos location,, thanks Emily for your devoted service with a great attitude.Services: Leather & suede cleaning

I dropped off my brand new suit with 1 tie and a few shirts to be washed and pressed for Easter. Upon receiving my suit, I didn't notice that none of it had been washed or pressed, neither was my tie for that matter until right now at 6:30 pm Saturday night, because they put my clothes in the back of my car... My suit looks like it's ruined from to much heat or something... It looks absolutely terrible!!! So I'm just stuck looking like a bum.
I would stay away from this location.
The people who work there are nice and friendly and courteous, but I'm not paying them for any of that... I was paying to have my suit properly washed and pressed along with my tie and shirts and that didn't happen. I truly believe my brand new suit is ruined!
