The salon service is also praised, though there was some confusion regarding the application of a first-time client coupon. Overall, JCPenney Portraits provides a positive experience for customers, capturing special moments and delivering great photos to last a lifetime.
They did a great job with our baby Christmas photos. I guess it depends on who the photographers are that day. We had one of the same ones at the round rock location for newborn photos and they turned out really good too.
