I went in for a trim and layers put in. She asked where I wanted my layers to start and I told her shoulder length. Ummm she ended up cutting about four inches off my hair and as you can see not any layers. I have used this salon for probably 15yrs when my stylist retired I have tried two different ones at this location..I will not be back. As you can see my hair isn't even straight and honestly 😅 i could have done better at home in the mirror.

Recently came in for a hair cut and blow dry with one of the stylist here. I understand there’s different levels of stylist and even though they’re considered a beginner I’d expect a decent service such as doing a hair cut with layer and trimming bangs. My bangs look awful she did not cut it well and cut it too short while leaving other pieces of my bang not trimmed. Then i noticed while she was blow drying that some hair pieces were longer than others. The blow drying was so awful. She left waves in my hair. First she dried most my hair without a brush and when she used a brush my hair was not smoothed out instead it was left kinky and with waves. I felt like she set me up after I told her I was Dominican and she proceeded to call me Puerto Rican 2 times??? Saying how my (and her) cultures hair is curly and we struggle to have it straight but she barely tried to blow dry my hair I’m used to stylists grabbing a piece and holding it taught and smoothing the hair piece. She said if I wanted to blow dry my own bangs because it seemed like she was frustrated she wasn’t drying it well but the hair at the top of my head was already dried out (I assume from how long it took) and bangs were so short when I said I like to dry them with volume from the very start. She kept saying my hair was beautiful but it looked puffy all around. I will never come back. Service was supposed to last an hour 15 but I was there for 2 hours. I hope she doesn’t do this again to someone else but I feel from a previous review I read we probably had the same stylist because I felt like I experienced just about the same issue as her.

This is the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had in my life, the lady cutting my hair was so incompetent and unprofessional. Firstly I came in for a trim, when she cut my bangs she didn’t even section my hair off she just grabbed a chunk, laid it over my eyes then asked me if I thought where she was cutting was too short. I explained I couldn’t judge because my hair was IN FRONT OF MY EYES!? and then she just said oh yeah right and chopped it immediately in a straight line way too short. After she finished my cut (which I couldn’t see because I didn’t have glasses on) she let me look in the mirror and I wish I was joking when I tell you my bangs, and hair length was comically uneven. It was so bad I actually laughed out loud in disbelief. She told me she could fix it and I said it was fine but also showed her the random strands that were way too long. Then she gave me her scissors and told me I couldn’t judge fix it however I wanted. Which was insane to me. She also talked shit the whole time about her coworkers, telling me how one got moved to a different department and how she never would show up to her shifts. She even pointed her out to me (she was there!) it was uncomfortable and unprofessional and a super waste of my money and time. I wish I wasn’t such a doormat and didn’t tip so much but she also told me about how she was struggling to raise her son alone, so I did. I know hair grows out but if you’re paying for a service the leaf you can expect is for someone to know how to do their job and have some professionalism. Don’t take the risk

Excellent customer service beginning with the reminder call, in person, not a recording. My appointments have always been respected with no wait time. My stylist is MICHELLE, very knowlegable with regard to color, highlights, new style to fit my face shape and age. She also recommends products, and even stylish items to enhance my look (that aren't offered in the salon), but would be good for my needs. Relaxed atmosphere. Never rushed. Worth every penny because of the quality and value I received EVERYTIME. Try it, you'll like it.

Well I don't really know what happened to all these people that had bad experiences. We could not have had a better experience for our service. I took my elderly mother there for a perm. The receptionist was super pleasant, brought us water. I messed up on the appointment time so we had 30 minutes to kill. MICHELLE came out to get us and was all smiles. In the end, my moms hair came out fantastic and the two of them had bonded and that made me very happy. Bottom line......I'm glad I trusted my instincts. It paid off wonderfully!!!!! Michelle.......you are the best!!!!!! Thank you!!!

I really wanted to love it. The folks are nice so that’s a plus. But my color did not come out even close to how my stylist (Dionana) described it would. She did give me a discount off the color sense I didn’t like it. She even offered to redo it but I have received a response back from her. The lack of follow up is the most disappointing part.

Jessica was available to do my daughter's hair for a last minute same day appointment. My daughter's first school formal dance and Jessica was very patient and very caring in terms of making sure she got what she wanted. Very happy!

I booked an appointment online for a haircut/deep conditioning treatment/blowdry and was able to get a same day appointment with Dionna. And I am so HAPPY I did! I haven’t had a haircut in a couple of years and was so worried the stylist would cut too much off but she did amazing! She made sure to keep as much length while still giving me the cut and layers I wanted. Seriously thank you so much Dionna!!!! The picture of my hair is 5hours after getting it cut/styled and it still looks good!Services: Hairstyling

I don't think I have ever had a worse haircut. There are far to many issues to even begin to cover, but the bottom line is, the inexperienced members of the staff, while doing the best they can, are at a terrible disadvantage because the manager and other staff members are completely uninterested in developing or nuturing the newest beauty school graduates' skills. Even when I got the managers attention for a brief moment and attempted to respectfully explain the stylist was struggling, and my hair was suffering, she reacted with a scowl and look of extreme bother and disinterest before saying. "ok" and walking off. During checkout, the price jumped from $25 to $45 based upon a staff error that led to an extra charge. The manager, Desiree Dunn, was unpleasant at best and refused to remove the charge to me for the salon staff's mistake. I ended up at this salon in a really weird way, but now I see why the person that sent me there did. For exposure and hopefully, corporate correction and coaching! Do better!

I have been coming to you ladies for the past three years!! And I have loved my hairstyles, trims, and my highlights. I am so glad that you survived the Covid-19 shut down and the aftermath of it! I'm a loyal, repeat customer and I bring my mom too when I can. We both love how friendly everyone is!! I highly recommend!!!
