Big and tall selection is not worth your time. Need something in 2xlt, dont go there! They dont carry any variety. 2 pairs of shorts, a few shirts. When asking the attendant, she said it's all online. Why have a section then?? Absolutely awful!

The store is clean and tidy, service was very friendly and helpful. Clothing selection was good, but I was disappointed with lack of clothing in my size (women's small, size 8).

Ane Edwards gave me a perm this afternoon. I love her unique way of rolling the perm. She does not leave lines (railroad tracks) in my hair. She styled it beautifully. I am very happy with my perm/style.

Excellent experience! John was in the men's department and helped me and my family this week. He was so helpful. I can't even begin to express my appreciation.

Charging for delivery to store is not going to work for me.
Thanks for the reply, but there's nothing else to discuss. I will not order from JCP if I have to pay for ship-to-store.

Went to the salon. Hair stylist charged me an extra $15 for long hair for hair coloring. I do not have long hair. It's barely past my shoulders. I've never been charged for long hair even when I had hair longer than I have now. Disappointing. I should have looked at that before I tipped around or she wouldn't have gotten a tip. Nice lady. She did a good hair job. I just don't understand the extra charge for long hair though when I don't have long hair.

A hidden gem of bargains. However, it's like shopping a second hand store. You never know what you're going to find, and they may or may not have your size if you find something you like. Friendly sales people - when you can find one.

01/05/24Hello, I took my ring in the JCP jewelry dept yesterday to get repaired. A clerk named Patricia went above and beyond to assist me along with the help of a young man. For the $10/100/500 promotion card day, I ended up with a $10 card but when I tried to use it, there are so many exclusions that you can only use on some full price items. The 35% for 24 hours after opening a credit card discount is actually probably better and usable on more items, but not all discounted items either.
