Very helpful staff, they found a nice kitchen faucet that was within my budget. Be aware that these are quality products, not the stuff from the big box store shelves, they are priced accordingly. Not a bad thing at all, but could be a shock if you're not experienced with this.

This was the worst 0lace tango for any typeD. Of help. Not only that, the blonde lady that helps me was so much NOT helpful, and the stocker wouldn't even help me find my watering hose or to go find a plase for me smoke detector. Jeeze. I'm gonna stick ta with big blue or the others big box.

Went by to visit the showroom. Nicole showed my around and answered all my questions. Learned a lot about different fixtures. Greatly helped me figure out what I want to go with. Clean, professional, friendly.atmosphere.

After visiting the blue and orange big box stores, I made a call to Josco to look for a part. James answered and, after listening to my situation, told me what I actually needed vs what I was looking for. I was grateful and told him I was on my way. Within a minute, he called me back and said when he went to go grab it for me, he saw that he was out of stock. So, he called his other location and had them hold onto their last one for me. I was talking to associates at blue and orange for 40 minutes and James at Josco solved my problem within 2 minutes of picking up the phone. Josco went above and beyond to help me and they really showcased the dichotomy between general stores and expert suppliers.
