I love shopping at this location all the employees are friendly and very helpful I've been coming to this location for awhile now. Thank you to the manager Karla Renteria and Kayleigh for your service! I bought tons of socks and shoes as well love the atmosphere there.
I would definitely recommend my friend's to come. Thank you Journey's at Lakeline.

Was looking for a certain color shoe and was helped and was able to get what i been looking for the lady was very nice and i got my shoes pretty fast and they look great

I went into the store to get shoes for a trip. I looked around multiple times and finally found a single pair that I liked which they didn't have in my size. The store ordered the shoes and had them shipped to my house. Shoes arrived at the house and I've never been more excited 1 day before my trip. The shoes were completely and utterly used, dirty and nasty in a tore up box. I called management they did nothing, called customer service nothing my only option was to return the shoes and so I had no sneakers for my trip. It was really sad.

Went to get some shoes to celebrate daughters B Day. Store was dead we were the only ones in and staff immediately started berating us on mask policy this is after cdc updates and vaccinations. Needless to say we will take our business elsewhere. Good luck and hopefully you learn to treat the customer first in near term.

Better than Foreigners, any way you look at it. This is a very popular Journeys store and I can see why. Service went a little bit above and beyond what I expected for a Journeys. I can definitely see myself coming back here for some shoes in future. We most recently came here as part of a 4 hour walking shopping trip of the Lakeline Mall which encompassed probably 50 or 60 stores, and this was one of the ones we really liked.

Today was the first day that I ever shopped at Journeys. I didn't even know that it was a shoe store until I walked inside. It didn't have the old lady vibe of Payless, or the locker room vibe of Footlocker or Finish Line. Sparkles, the sales associate, gave me a quick little tour and helped me pick out some Pumas. The prices were super reasonable. I'll definitely be back for more merchandise.
