Very professional shop. Came in for a state inspection, oil change, and tire rotation today.
For it being a Sunday, I was surprised when they had me in and out in ~45 minutes. Terry, the front desk person, was very friendly and didn’t try to upsell me on anything.
I’ll be back with future car maintenance needs 👍

I came in today for an oil change and a reverse light replacement. The staff was very sweet but the lack of attention to detail was upsetting.
My car was a mess after they worked on it. When I opened my door, I saw they had put a disposable plastic cover on the floor which I appreciated, but once I removed it I noticed oil stains on the carpet from shoes that were dirty so the damage was already done. My steering wheel was also coated in oil and even after wiping it down it still feels slick. They also forgot to put a new oil change sticker so I know when to come back. /:

Never again, after finishing the inspection, the guy drove my car out off the bay to park it outside, he drove it very fast and hit lower engine cover and lower bumper with the curb outside, and he got off the car laughing, didn't even apologized or anything, I tried to talk to him or someone else but now one was willing to since their ego was very high to listen to any complaint.

This place is awesome! Never takes long and the staff is very professional. Very helpful when dealing with an older vehicle. Definitely recommend.

I usually visited the Kwik Kar branch in Round Rock, but this time, visited the one in Cedar Park since my wife and I recently moved here. The gentleman who registered me was very courteous and professional; the service was very quick despite not having made an appointment earlier. The waiting area was very comfortable. So, we were quite pleased to visit this place of business for the first time.

Too expensive. Was told there were issues with my car but no one available to diagnose or give an estimate. Tried to make follow up appointment but was told no one knew when someone would be available. Front Desk personnel were professional but if mechanical work needs to be performed, staff should have a schedule.
