When shopping here last week be aware that the prices posted on their chairs are misleading. In addition to the prices posted they have two additional prices listed as “OPTIONS” when I told the sales lady that I did not want the “Options” she said that the “ Options” weren’t really optional but required Another case of false and or misleading advertising. Lazy Boy. Be upfront and honest with your pricing. Instead of “options” just be honest and put on your price tags that these “options “ aren’t really optional.

If I could give Lazy boy 0 stars I would. Terrible quality and even worse customer service!!!!
If you order any furniture through them (that is considered special order- even as simple as choosing a certain color) you do not have a 3 day return window once it’s delivered to return it, as they promote when shopping in the store.

Many great furnitures are there! Comfy sofa and chairs! What luxurious items are there!! It’s pricey and higher end yet the quality of the materials are great! For now window shopping but in the future we’ll get some good stuffs! 😁

Beware for anyone buying, La-Z-Boy now charges 1.9% if you want to use a credit card. They only take debit cards and cash. When I inquired why would a big company like La-Z-Boy have this policy, I was told Rooms To Go does it. It doesn't make sense to me that a company like La-Z-Boy didn't do enough research to realize this deters people from buying.

Allyson was absolutely amazing. We put her through so much back and forth trying different combinations and configurations before finally settling on something... she even had a chair shipped into the showroom so we could be sure of the fabric.
Then we came back and made even more changes and again she was more than happy to accommodate us. Can't speak highly enough of her, definitely recommend you ask for Allyson!

Alyson Leech was very helpful and knowledgeable.She knows the business and the options we needed. There was no pressure and my wife and I were given plenty of time to privately talk and try out couches and chairs. My wife and I have bought LazyBoy in the past and that furniture lasted over 20 years. Since we are moving into a new home, it was time for new furniture. Highly recommend Lazy Boy and the Cedar Park location.

Very nice store! Bill assisted us looking for the perfect recliners. He was extremely patient, kind and helpful. Sure made our shopping experience much easier! Their furniture is great quality and has excellent warranties. Will definitely buy from Lazy Boy again in the future!

It's a no pressure experience. Our Lazy Boy Rep Allyson was very knowledgeable and took lots of times to answer all my questions. She did not follow us around but gave us time to look around and test products. Lazy Boy is a bit more expensive but we went on a sale date and felt the sectional sofa was a better quality then we are used to

This La-z-Boy location is Great! We worked with Michael and he was wonderful to work with. He was very laid back and helpful. We went around to a bunch of stores looking for new couches and opted for La-Z-Boy. The quality is great and very comfy.
