I came in today. I called three times for an appointment with no answer. I got there and explained I wanted something simple. They’ve traded off nail techs each time. This time the first nail teach said he wouldn’t help me. All I was asking were questions and if they had time to do it. He made another tech take care of me. She got about 1/3 done. The first tech spoke to her and then stopped helping me. The “owner” didn’t listen to me when she asked what happened. She cussed me out. So I left with no nails. This is not the place to go.

Got a facial & ombré pink-white acrylic nails 💅 the Lady who did my facial (I think her name is Tracy) was very nice and great at the massage! Furthermore, my face felt very smooth and soft by the end! Nam did my nails & he is very friendly and listened to what I wanted done & I am happy with how they turned out ^.^ will be going here again!

I've been coming here for a full year and every appointment has been great except for today today.Was awful
I had an a 10 am appointment
Greeted me was the pedicure tec.
And she was going to be doing my nails.
I asked for a gel fill. From the looks of it, she didn't have any idea on what she was doing, because she started off poorly.
She needs to go to nel technician school, not just watch the other employees do their job, stick to doing feet because doing nails is not your thing
She walked away and went to help other people and never came back to finish up my nails, so I walked out and left. I will never return ever again. Such poor customer service

I booked an appointment for both nails and toes, and from start to finish, the experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. The male nail tech clearly did not know what he were doing. Instead of asking clarifying questions, he laid the acrylic extremely thick, and the shaping process alone took over an hour—which is unheard of. Eventually, another technician had to step in to redo the entire job.
To make matters worse, my toes never got done. Nor any apologies issued for completely missing this service. Even after showing a picture of the design I wanted on my nails, what I received was completely different. When I pointed this out at checkout, rather than being understanding or offering a solution, the owner argued with me and more concerned about getting paid. He was defensive and dismissive, blaming the issue on the length of my nails instead of acknowledging the poor service. The 2nd nail tech even admitted fault and apologized, recognizing that the job had not been done properly—yet the owner continued to deflect responsibility.
I told him clearly: if you didn’t know how to do the design I requested, you should have said so before starting. That’s basic accountability.
The customer service was unacceptable. At no point did the owner offer a discount or ask about my thoughts on the service. If you still choose to visit this nail shop, be extremely clear about what you want before you sit down. Bring a picture, ask questions, and most importantly, confirm that the technician you’re assigned to can actually execute the design or service you’re requesting. Speak up early and often during the process, because once things go wrong, the management is not interested in making it right.
A service-based business should know how to handle mistakes with grace, especially when they’re this obvious. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Save your time, your money, and your peace—go somewhere that respects you as a paying customer.

I have had multiple dip manicures and they are supposed to last for about a month. I went to Tidus Nails to have a dip manicure and gel pedicure. The stylist who was doing my dip seemed very nervous about the order of products to apply and the lady who owns the nail facility was coaching her in the beginning. She also had to re-do one of my nails three times during the manicure. The very next day, I woke up to see the polish from my thumb completely gone. I drove back to the place a second time to get my thumb fixed that afternoon by the same person. That night shortly after I got home, three more nails had the polish completely gone. I called and left a voice message expressing my concerns. I received apologetic text messages from the manager saying it “looks like the wrong products were applied” and offering to fix my nails the next day, but when I said I also expected a refund for my manicure and the inconvenience of driving back a third time to have my nails fixed, he never addressed my money and simply said he would fix it for me. I did not want to drive back a third time to have questionable quality products applied by questionably knowledgeable staff without even getting my money back. I ended up driving to a separate salon and paying for a new dip manicure to make sure it was done right the first time. Even after I told the manager I decided to go elsewhere he did not offer a refund. This is extremely poor customer service in a world of a million nail salons, and I do not recommend wasting your time or money here. My gel pedicure was done properly, but all staff should be trained equally.

My technician Ahn is amazing. I have been seeing her for my mani/pedis for more than 4yrs now and she is so talentedly experienced in her craft! Tidus Nail Bar is conveniently located, friendly professional technicians, and offers a variety of services. Thank you Tidus Nail Bar and especially to my girl Ahn for always taking care of me! ❤️

I found this little gem of a salon when I recently moved out to Cedar Park. It is now my favorite place to get my nails done. The owner and staff are all friendly and do great work.
Cleanliness: This nail salon is always clean!
Stylist: Jason usually does my manis and he’s amazing! I’ve had various techs do my pedis and they’ve all done great.

I was leaving my son’s place here in Cedar Park right down the road and just stopped in for a full set and pedicure. Service is amazing. Very friendly and relaxing most of all! Thank you all!

From when we walked in to walking out, best place we have been. It was Mother’s Day so we celebrated with my wife to get her nails done and I got a pedicure. They took their time and I really enjoyed the foot massage and the massage chair that can lean back. They offered us drinks as well. I’ve been to a couple other places but definitely had the best experience here with them taking their time and enjoying the whole process. Thank you!
