Best Lane Bryant ever!! Diane and Laylah took amazing care of me today! They sized me for a new bra, helped me buy pretty panties that fit my recent weight loss, and helped me open a credit card account to maximize my savings — all while talking and joking with me so I felt completely comfortable during the entire experience.I highly recommend this location and these two wonderful ladies! They really went the extra mile for me in every way.

I called Lane Bryant today 11066 Pecan Park Blvd, Cedar Park, TX 78613 to speak with the manager about the refund I never received. The manager had a nasty attitude and attempted to transfer me to wherever she could. I told her I returned the item on the 9th of October and that I never received a refund. She stated she could not help me without trying. I asked her to look up the transaction using the membership number but she refused. She proceeded to give me the incorrect phone number to the Lane Bryant credit card department although she knew and was told I used my bank card. I also informed her that I did not have a Lane Bryant credit card. Furthermore, I believe one of them pocketed my refund because I looked at the receipt and it does not include my card number anywhere on the receipt as the place of refund. Where exactly could they have sent the refund? They are running scams on customers and stealing money.

Worst customer service ever! I walked in the store and no one absolutely no one greeted me. No one said a word to me. There were no other customers in the store. There were two associates who hung out at the register and talk to each other but said nothing to me. I was in the store shopping for something to wear for my cousins birthday party and I wanted something nice and elegant but yet comfortable and stylish and no one help me. No one said how can I help you no one said what can we do for you today how can we style you nothing!! I will NEVER GO BACK, except when it GOES OUT OF BUSINESS!

Okay, so I went to Lane Bryant off of LA Frontera BLVD., and it was one of the worst experiences I have had with the company (I have only had 3 issues). I was not greeted by staff when I first walked in. I couldn't find anyone around that could help assist in items on higher shelves or answer questions about clothing. When I was able to find someone, they acted like I was bothering them and rudly asked me what I needed. Let's just say I will NOT be returning to that location EVER again!However, the Lakeline Location was much better suited to me! I was greeted by warmly by miss Sasha as soon as I came through the doors. She asked me what I was in for, and it took me straight to the rack I needed. I was looking for an everyday, comfortable bra with NO underwires. She knew EXACTLY the style I needed. I was a little skeptical about how the fabric looked, and it didn't look all that comfortable from first glance.She takes me to a fitting room, and I try on the bra. I was right. The bra was uncomfortable, and I had issues getting the bra clasped. I had to leave my dressing room and call out to Sasha at the entrance to the fitting rooms. When she came over, I explained that the bra straps felt tight on my shoulders and I couldn't get the bra closed. She knew EXACTLY what I needed. I needed to go up a band size. So, back to the fitting rooms I go. I get the bra on, and it feels and fits so comfortably! As I came out of the dressing rooms, I was elated to have finally found a bra comfortable for my adult body. Last time I bought a bra, I was in my late 20s. Then, I just wore sports bras. But they don't do justice to any daytime outfit.Anyway, as I am coming out of the dressing rooms, I decided I was going to pick up their 5 Pais of underwear for $35. I love this deal! I got 10 pairs of underwear. I thought, why stop there, I am enjoying myself and my helper. So, I am on the hunt for everyday type of tees. I ended up finding 2 shirts.By the time I got up to the counter I could barely contain my excitement. While waiting for Sasha to finish up with her customer, Diana came out of the back office to help ring me up. This woman was a blessing for helping to get the prices on the underwear to ring up like they were supposed to. The system, for whatever reason, decided that every pair of undies I was getting was like $13.50. Diana, patiently input the prices one by one for each pair.By the time it was time for me to pay, I was feeling like I accomplished more than I set out to do, and thus made me feel good about myself. These two women made my journey for just a bra so memorable. Thank you, ladies!I shall be going back to this location and this location alone!

It’s nice to go into a store with such compassionate employees ! This store was neat as a pin , easy to shop . I give 5 stars to the Store Manager Diana and Assistant Manager Sheila for their kindness in helping me with my needs ! Highly recommend !

UPDATE: It turned out that the reason LB couldn't find my two items in the system was because my daughter had sent me sweaters for Christmas that I opened, not knowing they weren't items that I had ordered in the Black Friday frenzy Anyway, the LB area manager called me to profusely apologize for the awful behavior of the CP LB manager. We were on the phone for 20 minutes and I felt heard and understood. She asked me which store I wanted to go to to return my items (which I had retrieved from the CP store). I ended up going to the Round Rock La Frontera store and working with Jen, who was kind and amazing! Such a markedly better experience!

I’ve shopped here for years and had some good salespeople, but after today — IF I ever buy from them again, I will go to any other location but this one. I needed to return some items & didn’t have all of my online purchase receipts (which normally isn’t a problem since they can look them up in their system), but the manager was very rude when she couldn’t find 2 of the items, insisting that she needed to put my items back into her inventory. I told her that I just wanted to take them back and check my receipts at home, but I felt badgered into leaving my items there. I plan to call the corporate office, but now I have nothing showing that she kept my items. The whole experience was very upsetting.
